Thought I'd start a separate rankings thread since it worked well last year.

Based on first impressions:

1. Jenny love her energy! Kind of gives me Josie vibes which is only a good thing.

2. Elsa I reckon she could be all shades of iconic, LOVED her VT. The casual mention of seeing dead people lmao.

3. Zelah a down-to-earth sweetheart, very easy on the eye too hehe.

4. Gani really liked his energy, I think he could be a fun and cheeky presence while also getting caught in drama.

5. Caroline a hot mess and I'm here for it. Loved how she just pretended to be production staff. she CANNOT leave this soon!! If given a chance she could be a BB legend I fear.

6. Sam very big personality which is definitely needed among the cast, just unsure yet whether he will begin to grate in time. Hopefully he stays tonight!

7. Tate that laugh lmao! He seems like a fun guy.

8. Nancy oops not sure how she ended up so low, really like her energy too - very much Olivia 2.0. which isn't a bad thing.

9. Marcus he's very easy on the eye too. He seems pretty chill on first impressions, not a lot to say.

10. Teja she faded a bit into the background compared to some of the others but I reckon she could be a dark horse in this competition.

11. Emily even disregarding her awful political views, she's just way too much. Could be great drama for the show but also has 'night one evictee scapegoat' written all over her.

12. Cameron I have no negative feelings towards him, he's just there at the moment.

I can't choose between Elsa and Nancy for number 1, they both just were instant hits for me.

But then it goes:

Overall a slightly disappointing cast for me. I’m glad there’s a diverse mix of backgrounds, but it would have been nice to see a few more people in their 30s and 40s. I’d say there are a few too many young blonde girls at the moment, however I have a feeling we will see late additions this series.

Diva, straightforward cliche casting really but just seems like a really fun person, love her friendship with Richard already and she seems to always have a story to tell and something to contribute but in a way that feels natural.

02 Richard

Amazing casting, I just can’t wait to hear his whole lore and it’s fascinating to see someone like this on the show, it’s what BB is for.

03 Feyisola

A much needed energy to this cast, I feel like she’s going to be the one to end George if he carries on the way he is.

04 Zelah

Incredible rep, really sweet guy, I love how effortless he is in heading up important conversations.

05 Sam

Just good vibes, seems really sweet and fun and I feel like that energy has helped people open up.

06 Cameron K

Biggest surprise for me, he’s so cute but I was expecting him to be a closed minded right wing type but it’s been great seeing him join conversations and learn, these kind of moments show that having conversations and learning will always trump just shouting at each other or shutting it off. And that’s what BB is about, I’m looking forward to seeing him come out of his shell and open up as well.

07 Teja

Kind of furniture so far but love her vibe, can't wait to see more of her.

08 Gani

He’s giving classic C4 quirky vibes, I’d like to learn about him beyond the quirks though.

09 Nancy

Camp but I feel she will get annoying, she’s giving early Olivia and could be great but she’s very me me me so far and I wouldn’t be hugely shocked if she went first. Could go either way if she stays for me.

10 Tate

Like Cameron, not what I expected, not the most exciting, but seems like a good guy.

11 Elsa

Everything feels a bit rehearsed/pick me girlie, “I’m not like other girls” and it feels like a barrier to seeing how she really is because it does come across like she’s perfected this personality to hide behind?

12 Marcus

Truly just there so far, seems fine.

13 Caroline

I flit between liking her and not, I get a horrible feeling at all times she is seconds away from saying something horrid?

14 Cameron B

Utterly pointless so far.

15 George

Utterly vile, not a redeeming thing about him.

Richard seems like such an all-rounder so far! I asked for more older housemates and got a total gem with him.

Quite a harsh drop for Elsa oops, her VT intrigued me but I quickly lost interest in her persona, did like the chat about her adoptive family today though.

Sam and Teja have properly won me over now they've had more airtime to shine.

Cameron has been the surprise of the series so far for me. I thought he was going to bring absolutely nothing but he's inquisitive and open, a grower for sure.

However, on the flip side, Caroline has been the biggest disappointment. I wanted her to bring camp fun not... whatever today was. Early impressions of George are not great at all, he'll bring the drama but comes across as a very unpleasant character.

The 11-13 section are fading into the background right now but a solid top 10, much more potential than last year so far.
