    I always love Kylie’s vocal delivery. Biased but it’s by far the best. I’m dreaming of XMAS, SB and Hot in December making the top 100 next week. Be another coup for her.

    I'd love that but really can't see it happening. At this stage santa baby is at the stage of crossing the million any day over the next 2 weeks.

Me too but it's good to see kylie appearing twice in the top 100 singles.

I was actually expecting it to do slightly better than it did this year with the focus on KC - however appreciate it’s not exactly a Christmas classic that people seek out and there are a ton of versions now.

The main hit it’s taken now is the Laufey version, particularly on Spotify. Hopefully Kylie’s version will fall back in favour. Depends on how long Laufey is pushed on playlists.

However it is a cover version so all these new versions are fair game.

Ya the Laufey version has taken a good few sales the last 2 years and eartha kitt for about the last 5 which is hampering kylie.

I do think the laufey version might trail off which would benefit kylie but eartha kitt will probably remain the most popular.

If Xmas becomes a staple enough chart entry for the next few years I'd be happy for it to replace santa baby which should no doubt eventually make double platinum regardless.

I do think the chart company will make changes in the next few years regarding christmas songs and possibly follow the way aussie are doing it.
