I don’t like Rachel at all.

I hadn't warmed to her, but I think she's great now. Fiona I've gone completely off. The dotty older lady act has warn thin quickly and she's just on a power trip. Mean and attention seeking

Fiona voting for Sam?

I guess she thought Rachel would be a wasted vote

Hmmm Charlotte Church on uncloaked tomorrow - might be a guest if Fiona is banished (Welsh connection)

Given Mark was a guest today when it went to chance with Amanda

I was right!!!!!!!!!!

I love it when previously quiet contestants come out of nowhere with a power game move, fantastic use of the opportunity Matthew.

Happy to see Fiona gone, she was entertaining enough while on screen but it was really wearing thin and she completely torpedoed her own game there, always happy to see the backs of crudely arrogant Traitors.

I'm actually surprised at the boldness from Matthew there, I'm assuming they'll take him up on it but I really hope they don't kill Jessie :( Glad to see Fiona go tbh, I quite like Rachel although Harriet could be the start of her downfall. Sad about Reece being murdered but not surprised

Matt delivering such an unexpectedly juicy moment there 😱

I'm actually pleased Fiona got banished and it backfired on her in the end, especially after that round table.

I think I can now confidently say this is the best series yet!

Well, not only is Matthew hot, he's also quite smart. That was a very interesting tactic there, really using the most of that opportunity there with the Traitors. I hope it works.

I don't know if its smart - he's marked himself out as a massive player. If I was a Traitor - i'd lie and say yes - then murder him at the next opportunity.

I don't think they'll murder him, I think they'll agree and will make him a Traitor. Matthew has had no suspicion on him at all so far, and is well liked, it would be a strong recruitment.

If I were a traitor I'd definitely want to get rid of Harriet, the way she took down Hugo would have been enough for me to just be scared of her ability to persuade everyone else if she wanted to.

I'm really pleased that Fiona has gone. She's had her memorable moment - but she really was too much of a loose cannon and I think it would possibly just have damaged the game the longer she stayed in.

Matthew definitely played that opportunity well. I'm interested in seeing what Harriett does and whether it is similar as I can't think what questions I would ask, simply because you can't trust the answers regardless... so it makes absolute sense to take the opportunity to tell them you want to be on their side. Especially if you're someone like Matthew or Harriett who nobody thinks is a traitor - and of course there's no way the traitors can out you for what you've done... unless maybe if they're allowed to leave notes around the house or something anonymous like that?

I think it's probably smart on balance. It's definitely a risk for the reason you've said, but if he feels he doesn't have a really close ally or he's finding it difficult himself to know who the traitors are, it is probably a better bet to be in a position where you have more power

And before this I thought Matthew would be an easy one to murder and wasn't adding much! Great stuff, I think they honestly could do worse than take him up on that, he's not got any suspicion on him and would get rid of a very strong faithful in Jessie. Although they'll need to deal with Harriet, the only one that saw through that Traitor vs Traitor moment.

No surprise at that banishment, Fiona made wonderful TV, but she'd definitely let it go to her head too much and the act last night was really bizarre and showed her to be quite mean-spirited.

Fiona redeemed herself a bit with me on the after show - she explained that she simply didn't think that Rachel would ever take her to the final with her, didn't trust her and that she decided to just try and take a chance when an opportunity arrived in the belief she would be able to outplay her, acknowledging that it obviously really backfired.

i was actually gonna ask that we put things like this in spoiler quotes pls? i didn’t want to know !

i for one am so sad fiona went. it was such a huge play that i really wanted it to pay off for her. i’ll miss having her on my screen ;(

matt’s play was SO good and unexpected. people really are bringing their chess brains this season and i’m loving it. hoping he and harriet can manage to avoid murder for a while

Fiona had to go after that. She could have explained herself better and garnered support but she floundered at every opportunity to do so.

Matthew’s question left a bad taste with me because Jessie is my favourite and, unless she can somehow get a shield in the next mission, I can’t see why they wouldn’t get rid of her now. She, along with Harriet, is the most deserving faithful to win and I don’t think that’s possible now. I’m also not big on Matthew asking to be recruited. I can see it’s good game play but I prefer my faithfuls to have integrity and play to win with their status. Recruitment is one thing but asking for it? I mean, he’s given nothing as a faithful so he’d be no loss there. I guess I’m just annoyed that the price is Jessie.

Harriet will have to be my fave from now on.
