Also just had a thought about the whole Nightingale Lane. thing. I went to the February 27th O2 show and while she was performing Click Clack Symphony. she turned the mic to the crowd then 2 seconds later realised and went “wait i forgot this song isn’t out yet” which is kinda making me think it was meant to be the 2nd single but they switched it out last minute

I reckon it will become a hit (and single) later in the campaign. I think RAYE will do anything for her sisters to have chart success. Life Boat. will probably also be a single.

Not sure I'm hearing the same song as everyone else, it's not bad but it didn't do that much for me. Not a patch on WIMH. Maybe it needs repeated listens?

It's all artsy fartsy but it's so hard to digest, and after my first listen I am really not in a hurry to hit that replay button!!!

I second the comment that it’s a lot to take in in 5 minutes, and the clip made it sound like the chorus was going to stomp (or clack clack 👠) a bit harder than it does. Agreed that a radio edit could help it digest easier but I can definitely picture it growing on me.

Have to admit I listened to it earlier and didn't quite get it, but with the video it makes so much sense!

I love how cinematic it is, both soundwise and visually. Like a motion picture.

Sounding better after a few listens, but I was also expecting a more obvious radio hit based on the previews.

Getting the #1 album is more important than successive chart hits at this point in any case.
