April 18Apr 18 ABBA being in the bottom 3 there was really a choice - I definitely feel like we must have lost the participation of some of the more alt-leaning voters. (Normally I wouldn't mind ABBA being in contention to go out oops but that was another one of their handful of songs I do actually like a lot, and one of only two songs in the entire round that I liked along with Scissor Sisters who I thought might have been more in trouble so pleased they did make it through safely).Thank God they didn't lose out to that Atomic Kitten song at least! Well done for getting so far with them Lukuzz, I don't think any of their songs really did it for me but clearly that 00s pop sound has a strong fanbase on here. Them not being sent by Joseph is breaking my brain though. xDelta coming dead last was a bit undeserved too, I ranked her song 3rd this time around, not particularly great but the best of a mid bunch outside of my top 2 and one of her better picks in the competition overall. (I did like 'Not Fair' at the time but it's just another Lily song that has not aged gracefully for me in the slightest).
