Didn't quite make my votes but it was quite a standout, an inspired 90s dance pick there. The bounce back was very unexpected!

Go figure when it might as well have just been an extended version of the same song. Happy for them to be two time top 20 kings but they remain underrated xI always love me some Brer stats! Will this include an updated streak count? Im itching to see where Mother is right now xx

2 hours ago2 hr really happy to finish in 5th place and grab A LOT of medal positions really brings back fat dog memories omg the last 2 editions have proven quite successful for me to go for the national final so it will remain for next edition! will be drafting 3 or 4 songs in the national final so stay tuned!thanks dan for the wonderful hosting!
1 hour ago1 hr Thanks for the great hosting job Dan!My head is unusually empty of other thoughts right now lol so that's probably it from me, good night xo
1 hour ago1 hr Well done Scene! Great to see a new winner and with a song I voted for albeit just about, was a great song to revisit and First Aid Kit are a wonderful group that deserved to win all those years ago with Emmylou so it's nice to see them get that long awaited one.Oops that was not the best end for me and 37th isn't even a unique position, aww x Seems I got extremely lucky with that semi draw, but of course, a song this experimental just being in the final is an achievement, whether it enchanted or traumatised you, you are very welcome xGreat to see Spodic Empire, Dalisska and Eledan make the top 10 (hooray for one ambient experimental track managing it!), I wouldn't have called that for most of them. Decent positions for a lot of my votes, but Cumulonimbia second last is definitely not cool (glad I at least got it through the semi oops x)Thanks Dan for a brilliant hosting job as always x
1 hour ago1 hr Congratulations Scene well done on a first BJSC win! 12 points from me continues a consistent run of high points I've given to the winners in the last 6 contests: 9-10-11-11-11-12.Hushkanukia a great runner-up, and I'm delighted to see a first top 10 for my 18 recipient The Spodic Empire!oof it looks like Herbilore needed every one of my 12 points to qualify, and most of the 8 I gave to Land of DW too, but it looks like all my top 4 in the semi (also including Terra Avium and the criminally underappreciated East Ruk) didn't make the final top 30, so I'm glad my favourites from the other semi fared better overall! Thanks Dan for the excellent hosting!
1 hour ago1 hr I wasn't fully sure so I went to double check. Unless I've missed something, 8th place is Dalisska's second best result in BJSC ever....only beaten by a 5th place with Killabite - Follow Me Home. With the large amount of voters (and different voting system) I could see it being the most points Dalisska has ever received in a BJSC final though. I'm not sure where I'd find point totals for older contests though.Oh and also, thanks Dan for the hosting! Edited 1 hour ago1 hr by Sabrewulf
1 hour ago1 hr Author final musings for the day before I get to sleep:Cheiron land sliding came as a bit of a surprise as a host given they hadn't even won the semi. As such I didn't want to make hosting any harder for myself by trying to make up a manipulated order to give the impression of a closer race but I trust the results as they were were entertaining enough.I didn't vote any of the top 3, but as far as an all-pop top 3 goes, it's certainly a strong one and I can only be grateful none of them were sent to BJSC 180 as any one of those would surely have had Austra beat.Sovarasma nabbing top 5 was excellent to see, even if I did cling on to some hope it could go all the way after a rather convincing semi-final win. Dalisska and Spodic Empire were great surprise additions to the top 10 too.I'm also very glad Zephyra Continuum managed top 20 in the end after they looked like underperforming for much of the contest. Likewise for my own entry, which I did really hope for a top 10 with but clearly the competition was just too strong so I will happily take a continuation of the top 20 streak.I've no idea what the hell happened to KlumRep I thought they was a nailed on top 10. Shame for Jupiterdonia to also have underperformed, but I suppose outside the bottom 10 is a win for a trance instrumental these days.Without my vote in the semi-final Aeroche would've lost their Q streak... :'(
1 hour ago1 hr omg I can’t believe I’m beating Danæviia, Aeroche, Jadakissnia and Neliönoir in the year end there’s no stopping me now
1 hour ago1 hr Would votes from Kathaldazia and Sandénia have changed much inside the Top 10 perhaps? 🤔

The contest Killabite was in did actually use the same voting system as this one but had less than half as many voters (!) so indeed Storefront Church has solidly beaten their record for your highest scoring entry (Killabite got 171).
1 hour ago1 hr Random question for curiosity (not to make anyone feel bad obviously) but is there a stat for which nations have had the most last-place finishes in a BJSC final?
