If I checked correctly there was six 0-0 draws in the 2022 World Cup Group Stages, four of which came in the first one or two rounds.

Ecuador Vs Curacao was easily the worst match of the tournament so far and I doubt that there will be one worse than this for the remainder of the competition. Great achievement for Curacao to get a point but the match was very low on quality and entertainment. No way either of these two sides make it out of the group stage and the reaction of the Ecuador players at full time tells you everything you need to know about how they will do when they face Germany in the last group match.

It serves them right as it was clear to see in their match against Ivory Coast that they just thought they could get a draw there and just show up tonight and win easily against Curacao without breaking a sweat but now that has well and truly backfired on them.

Just love seeing how much this means to some countries. Reminder why it's so special.
