June 21Jun 21 What a result for Curaçao! Amazing for them to still bring in with a shot going into the final game. Ecuador doing their best Turkey impression. 😄 Still wouldn’t bet against them going and beating Germany though.
June 21Jun 21 Ecuador Vs Curacao was easily the worst match of the tournament so far and I doubt that there will be one worse than this for the remainder of the competition. Great achievement for Curacao to get a point but the match was very low on quality and entertainment. No way either of these two sides make it out of the group stage and the reaction of the Ecuador players at full time tells you everything you need to know about how they will do when they face Germany in the last group match. It serves them right as it was clear to see in their match against Ivory Coast that they just thought they could get a draw there and just show up tonight and win easily against Curacao without breaking a sweat but now that has well and truly backfired on them.
