New Zealand showed a lot more threat than they did against England and Iran managed to show some strength despite everything that’s happened.

That was the most entertaining match so far imo and hopefully more teams will approach games like how Iran and New Zealand did.

The expanded tournament was always going to lend itself to more draws and teams simply trying to avoid defeat but unlike Qatar 2022 which had loads in the group stage we haven't seen a single 0-0 yet other than Spain which was a crazy result in itself.

For me personally if we’re playing them I obviously hope we win, but when they’re playing almost anyone else I hope New Zealand win, mainly due to them being the underdog. Saying that though it probably depends on who they are playing.

I think most Australian ps would be similar.
