Ella and Taylor being higher on the update when there lower on streaming then some of these songs is baffling

Wasn't expecting "American Girls" to be #3 in the update. The tour effect is doing its thing.

Another week of precious few new entries then - where are Sombr, Charli, Gracie and Benson? We’re really sleeping on songs this year!

It's not quite up there with American Boy but it's all right from Harry Styles.

Are these songs GOOD though?

Probably thanks to Amazon. It's always a day ahead of others. It'll even out by Friday.

Official Charts Report

Rein Me In is set to equal Wet Wet Wet’s Love Is All Around as the British single with the most weeks at Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart ever.

Having become the longest running Number 1 single of the 2020’s on Friday, the track is vying to break even further ground, with Wet Wet Wet’s 32 year record set to be obliterated. Steamrolling all competition that threatens to pinch its crown, we now ask the question; just how far can Rein Me In go?

Hot on their tails however are Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean (2) and American Girls from Harry Styles (3), which could elevate five spots thanks to his generational Wembley Stadium run as part of his Together, Together tour.

Your highest new entry could come from Phoebe Bridgers with Lost Boys (15). The American singer-songwriter's first new music in four years, Lost Boys is also on track to become her first-ever UK Top 40 single, marking a major career milestone.

After securing its maiden Top 10 appearance this week, Ella Langley’s Choosin’ Texas is eyeing further movement (8), while Prospa and Cloonee’s Free Your Mind, one of the soundtracks of the summer, could follow suit and enter the Top 10 for the first time (9).

Three other hits also looking to move further up the standings include On 2nite from Silva Bumpa (13), ANOTR featuring 54 Ultra on Talk To You (14) and Calvin Harris’ team up with Clementine Douglas, Blessings (23).

Gracie Abrams could land two tracks inside the Top 40 this week. Her second single Look At My Life from her upcoming album Daughter From Hell is at Number 25, as Hit The Wall looks to rise once more (36).

Forget Movin’ To The Sun, Hugel is movin’ to a first Top 40! The French DJ’s banger featuring Imael Angel and Ultra Nate is set to elevate 29 places (30).

Lastly, sombr’s latest cut My Body Isn’t Ready begins the week at Number 33, while Sabrina Carpenter’s House Tour aims to re-enter the Top 40 (35).

Wait, has House Tour got a reset?

Also, 2 Gracie songs in the top 40. @777666jason will be pleased!

Some crazy upsets this week! Can see everything changing by tomorrow. Hope the new entries hold and MJ is top 2!

I just hope that the biggest song of next year is a song that’s released next year and not this year

It doesn’t seem to matter this year, songs just aren’t getting heard - I haven’t heard Charli’s yet, but the other three are all worthy of at least a top 20 debut imo

To be honest, that Top 10 is kinda okay.

MJ movie is on streaming and Harry is on tour so they both deserve a boost.

Couple of reasonably recent songs reaching new peaks.

The rest are pretty fresh...

Except RMI and MIN which, to be fair, are the most listened to songs in the country right now.

Not actually much to complain about.

Madonna coming to do the double next week lol just wishful thinking. thinking
