Monday at 14:474 days Thanks for sharing these! Bit surprised (and gutted) Leona’s Spirit album isn’t in the 2000’s list. Album seems to stream pretty well on Spotify and has a number of high profile singles, so Dizzee Rascall making it over Spirit seems odd.

Monday at 15:353 days Thanks for sharing these! Do you happen to know whether they're based on total streams of each album's tracks, or if the streams of each album's top two tracks are downweighted like they are in the OCC album charts?(Referring to the decade by decade streaming lists rather than the all-time combined list)

Monday at 15:593 days That might be true. But it's not necessarily the case though - on the singles, cumulative streaming tallies of titles are compiled consistently at the 1:100 notional 'sale to streams' ratio, whereas the weekly official charts are of course compiled using differing ratios, depending on certain conditions (paid or ad-funded, SCR or ACR, etc).
Monday at 18:123 days It’s interesting to see that most of the albums charting are the ones with several big songs, but then you still have albums like Tracy Chapman that only had one or two big songs, but are on the list because people have streamed the whole album. Maybe a mistake on the BBC's part? Edited Wednesday at 16:241 day by gasman449
Wednesday at 17:001 day Tony Blackburn got this wrong, as did the BBC web site.Only the all-time chart has sales and streams.
