I do find it really disappointing that Rochelle's being rewarded for being nasty, malicious, actively excluding people, making derogatory and inappropriate remarks, and making no real effort to better herself. I'm also disappointed people are keen to support this on Buzzjack - a site that's so big on inclusion and progression. Each to their own I guess but I can't help feeling like it speaks volumes of people's character.
