Friday at 15:111 day The strategy of 4 pre-album singles is interesting. I have wondered if they will go that way so you can get a longer campaign. Away from the pre-album single and then album dump like Harry Styles or Taylor Swift. Olivia Rodrigo managed 3 good hits from this era with an album announcement single, a pre-album teaser single and an album drop single.
Friday at 15:121 day Natasha the revival was good but theres really no reason for you to still be here now 🥲 give us something fresh
Friday at 15:121 day So it's two Wes era singles in a row, minus the Alex Warren new entry at 39...(as in Mr Brightside in May and Unwritten in December, both in 2004..) Edited Friday at 15:121 day by Stephen Emmett

Absolutely mental considering how well known it is, although I suppose at the time she just focussed on the US only. Really hope it can get a renaissance too!

As soon as I heard that I had a feeling that could be foreshadowing a massive amount of Madonna physicals and a shock #1... (it was similar the week Taylor scammed a second week at #1).Actually - what Jack said a couple of minutes ago suggested to me there’s a new number 1!
Friday at 15:141 day So easy to fall in love doesnt feel like its been around forever so dont mind that being back

Like many aspiring singers, the London native put in work interpreting songs on social media, and unlike most, her work quickly paid off in a sudden burst of success with original material, including the minor 2024 U.K. hit "Maybe" and the debut EP Sink Now, Swim Later. Friday at 15:151 day Wonder if this will be the last week of 'Baby Steps' on SCR - that would probably be it for new charting songs from Olivia Dean's album as I assume 'Nice To Each Other' would just return in its place.
Friday at 15:151 day Completely feasible that Madonna and Kylie's fans combined could shift 40k physicals, at least it's made things interesting at the top end!
Friday at 15:151 day Ooh material lover drop 😲 i guess it fits the rules but it doesnt feel like its been around long enough for ACR 😲
Friday at 15:151 day A Madonna/Kylie collab does seem like it should be a UK Number 1. But its not a good song.

Friday at 15:161 day Be crazy if madonna and kylie have done it and then drop straight out next week 😅

Instead, the Swedish singer feels most on point when she’s able to “just feel it.” Larsson’s ability to convey that mix of youthful confidence and emotional intensity helped make her one of Europe’s biggest stars while she was still in her teens. Born in 1997 in a suburb of Stockholm, Larsson first found fame in Sweden when her performance of Céline Dion’s “My Heart Will Go On” clinched her victory on a TV talent show at the age of 10. She released her debut album, 1, in 2014, which topped the charts throughout Scandinavia and landed her a US record deal. “Never Forget You”, a collaboration with British singer and producer MNEK that also marked Larsson’s first songwriting effort, became her first major US success the following year. Together with the album So Good, the song established the power of Larsson’s sleek yet impassioned brand of EDM-powered pop. Poster Girl followed in 2021, adding a dash of disco influence to the mix, while VENUS, Larsson’s first release on her own Sommer House label, marked a new era of independence (“…and the core of female energy and empowerment I want to step into”, she told Apple Music in 2024). Simultaneously, a viral video combining the kitschy, colourful aesthetics of artist and designer Lisa Frank with audio from “Symphony”—her 2017 team-up with Clean Bandit—triggered a new surge in popularity. Larsson capitalised on the attention, dressing up the maximalist electropop of her 2025 album Midnight Sun in a tropical twist on that same distinct visual style, closing out the year with performances across the US and Europe. Larsson’s instincts continued to serve her well into 2026, kicking the year off at the top of the global charts as the featured artist on “Stateside” by PinkPantheress, taken from the UK star’s remix album Fancy Some More?. PinkPantheress would later join Larsson for her own remix project, Midnight Sun: Girls Trip, alongside artists including Kehlani, Tyla and Robyn. - Apple MusicTop 100 Chart History2015 05 Never Forget You (MNEK & Zara Larsson) -1- MILLIONAIRE2016 03 Lush Life -2- MILLIONAIRE2016 05 Girls Like (Tinie Tempah feat.
