Not necessarily. Also, there's not confirmation yet that she's dropping her last name.

I mean, it's true that her site has been updated from mileycyrus.com to mileyofficial.com (even, it redirects to the latter if you click in the former), but it also could be an indication that this could be a mononymous era with a self-titled album.

I guess more details will be revealed in the next days.
