March 13, 200719 yr I hear on the grapevine GA & Sugababes are #1 with 6k in sales, but download sales can be missing, more information to follow shortly hopefully LMAO if that's it's sales, and whoever said neither groups will lose credibility, Girls Aloud don't have any so they've got nothing to lose. I Think We're Alone Now was probably one of the worst songs of last year Sugababes are going down the pan too, it's absolute cack. I don't think they wrote their last song "Easy" either They're getting lazy
March 13, 200719 yr From MTV UK: Girls Aloud and Sugababes look set to knock Take That off the top spot this Sunday (March 18) with their Comic Relief ditty 'Walk This Way'. But it won't be a Walk in the park for the ladies as there are currently only 700 copies separating them from Gwen Stefani (with 'The Sweet Escape') at No 2, according to midweek sales figures. In the album charts, Kaiser Chiefs will be shunted from their prime position by 'cheeky' Scouse crooner Ray Quinn. The 18-year-old's swing album 'Doing It My Way' sold over 17,000 copies in its first day of release putting him 5,000 copies ahead of his nearest rival, Take That's 'Beautiful World'. Meanwhile, his ex-factor rival Ben Mills's debut disc 'Picture Of You' looks set to land at No 4. Well, it is Mother's Day this Sunday...
March 13, 200719 yr Sugababes are going down the pan too, it's absolute cack. I don't think they wrote their last song "Easy" either They're getting lazy Sugababes co-wrote both Easy and Good To Be Gone with Orson
March 13, 200719 yr Author I'm assuming downloads have not been added to the CR track, that's way the sales look $hit
March 13, 200719 yr Well, at least we have some info now. Seems like the lowest selling CR single for a few years nonetheless :o
March 13, 200719 yr Author Well, at least we have some info now. Seems like the lowest seeling CR single for a few years nonetheless :o Yes thanks to Spiker and Skizzo
March 13, 200719 yr Well, at least we have some info now. Seems like the lowest seeling CR single for a few years nonetheless :o It's not the artists, it's the song! It could have been SOOO much better! wish they'd gone for an orginal song!! <_<
March 13, 200719 yr Well, at least we have some info now. Seems like the lowest seeling CR single for a few years nonetheless :o Like I said before, it wasn't added to most major download sites until this morning :P
March 13, 200719 yr 700 copies difference? It will be MEGA embarassing for all concerned if it's not #1 on Sunday. I'm pretty certain with all the CIN publicity that it will hold on though...
March 13, 200719 yr I have guessed in the first post that Take That are 3 in the singles, and Kaiser Chiefs 3 in the albums...
March 13, 200719 yr well Walk This Way is climbing fast on I-Tunes today, the gap should become wider i'd say
March 13, 200719 yr Take That will fight of the girl band song, although i don't want them too because the GAvSugababes is for RND which is a good cause :(
March 13, 200719 yr I can't believe they are set for such low sales...I guess even charity hits can't be guaranteed chart toppers anymore...I suppose the CIN singles don't often get to No.1 nowadays either...Emma Bunton got to #3 and Liberty X #6... I would  Gwen to climb to No.1 but I guess it won't happen
March 13, 200719 yr Guys, it's Tuesday. There's still Weds, Thurs, Fri & Sat. Not EVERYONE buys their singles on Monday! The song is for charity so stop putting it down. I don't think the song is meant to be taken seriously, its a fun song for charity.
