Why am I struggling to find any information about this anywhere (aside from here)?

As far as I can see, there's no preorder up for it anywhere and nothing on streaming, and Girls Aloud have only shared that little Can't Speak French clip yesterday... Am I missing something obvious? 🤣

I guess with the alternative fan version being the inner sleeve? It would be nice if they had vinyl for both covers.

Agreed. I think it’s basically an earlier version of the song, like if this was the only version we knew, it would be great, but what it progressed into has so much more bite to it.

Here we go! There's also some merch this time, which was lacking for Chemistry. Seems like they've produced more sticker sheets this time, there's no mention in the mailer that they're limited to a certain amount, it's just while stocks last.

Closer look at the picture disc:

While I'm glad that the picture disc has used the 'fan edition' artwork for it (as well as a Call the Shots image *.* ), I do think it's a missed opportunity to not have a normal vinyl sleeve with the fan edition art. Some fans much prefer that cover to the standard art, so not providing that choice is a slight shame.

I'm really not a fan of the fan edition artwork, so I'm not sad that it only seems to be on the inner sleeve of the regular LP!

I've ordered the standard purple LP (with stickers) and the Christmas LP (to take advantage of the shipping haha). This means I only need to SOTU green LP to complete the set so far...

They have added hairbrush and tote bag on their collections. No surprises on tote bag as it is also on The Girls Aloud show tour.

Order both vinyls and the cd. My fave album of all time

Very much looking forward to hearing the new songs, and also it will be the first time on streaming for No.51 smash Theme To St Trinians, assuming it's uploaded to streaming sites but the other albums were so it should be.

Agreed the alternative mix of Girl Overboard sounds a bit basic. The version we know and Black Jacks are two of my favourite Girls Aloud songs, this album was just so good.

I’ve actually grown to really like the cover, the deep purple is stunning and it was quite a brave move not to have them on the cover given how much image was a part of their marketing. Alongside the purple vinyl and fan artwork as the inner sleeve, it looks so appealing.

Considering what a radio staple Can’t Speak French was and how well it sold the album, I wonder if a fourth single would mean Tangled Up would be 2x Platinum by now? Obviously would have risked breaking their consecutive Top 10 hits which was probably more important to them at that point.

Am I right at the time that Can’t Speak French wasn’t that popular with the fans and that they wanted another single pushed? I could be thinking about someone else here (or another album of theirs)!

I think Girl Overboard could’ve been hit but I feel like the singles chosen were all chosen for a reason. Call The Shots worked perfectly as a follow up to Sexy! No No No and was their most mature sounding release at the time and I think Can’t Speak French was a great follow up. I remember the radio 1 chart show often playing the French version too!

Got myself the purple vinyl, 3CD and stickers. Might get the picture disc and hoodie a bit nearer to my birthday!

Will be getting the 3CD pre-ordered next month probably, and the vinyl at some stage but I'm really sad it's not the fan edition artwork, that would've been so awesome to display!

The new mix of Girl Overboard is interesting, not better than the original and certainly doesn't have the same punch but the production is fantastic nonetheless.

Their best album but worst cover getting a deluxe release is great news.

I just looked at the shop, and saw that the vinyl is cheaper than the CD, which is quite rare. I might get the vinyl.
