Just thought I'd say, McFly could easily climb to number 3 as their promotion starts from tonight and they still have some signings to go, including a huge no wristband signing in Southend. They also have some gigs.

Leona is obviously going to be number 1 from how it looks though.

Oh and apparrently McFly fans are finding it very hard to get hold of the bands single, or atleast all formats. The fans are still apparently running round trying to find a store with all 3 for £6 as many stores haven't been selling the 7' Vinyl, so...

My prediction is:

1# Leona

2#Take That

3# McFly

4# Britney

5# Sugababes

But the last three will still be very close!

1999- a year people hated drumkits, bass guitars and six strings.

2007- Six years later we're back to that.

I don't give a d*mn about the charts anymore, a single is a hit if it goes top 75 no matter what. It's the albums that matter in terms of sales and it's sales that matter most, not it's chart position. From now on I'm only caring about sales.

Give me a #2 platinum album over a #1 gold anyday, why?, sales matter most.

You didn't need to make 4 posts  and this aint a discussion about how the charts are different and have changed, this thread it to discuss the midweek info! ;)

Christ alive at Leona's sales! That's quite literally incredible.
Away from the top 10, Have ORSON, WOMBATS and KENNY ROGERS dipped in the singles, Mikey?

Music is music, people like what they like, get over it!

Leona Lewis heads towards top slot for second time

01 Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love 66k

Holy c**p, that's *some* sales figure!

Unless it contains a lot of pre-orders, she could be heading for 200k on the week, never mind 100k!

On the plus side though, it's likely to screw up Westlife's chances of #1 next week. :)

yes

Wombats and Orson Top 25

Kenny Rogers Top 35

Even three weeks down the line, that's gonna make it very difficult for Kylie, unless she gets a substantial benefit from an pre-release X-Factor appearance herself.

Kylie certainly isn't getting a #1 with 2 Hearts! I recon Spice Girls'll be the ones to knock off LeLe.

pHEW THANK GOODNESS thatnsk mikey B)

When you are back Mikey whats the story on Feist Fergie and James Blunt, which one is still top 30?
I hope Kylie doesn't get to #1 just because it's Kylie. It's a very disapointing single.

I've got a feeling Westlife will beat her next week, even if she goes back to the top the following week!
