Mike Oldfield - Tubular Bells II in Nov 1993

My parents brought me that back from a holiday in America but I exchanged it here for the first Tubular Bells CD which I didn't have and which is far better.

Kylie Minogue - Fever in 2001. Makes me feel so young that all your first albums were so long ago, while mines seems ages ago, but actually wasn't that long ago.
The first Spice Girls album. I bought it in the New Year 1997 with my Christmas money.

My first album was actually bought in August 1983 when I bought Complete Madness and The Best of Bad manners at the same time.

"The Other Side Of The Mirror" by Stevie Nicks in mid-1989. Came with a free hologram!

Roxette - Crash! Boom! Bang! back in 1994. I was 8 years old.
Hits '99 around xmas 98 time, I would have been 11...I used to buy far more compilations than artist albums, the first of which I bought for myself would have been The Hush by Texas on my 12th birthday.

Busted and their imaginatively titled debut! :D

And then when I lost it (god know how) my nan bought be a replacement.

First ever single I bought out of my own money was Atomic Kitten 'The Tide Is High (Get the Feeling)'!

First ever album I bought myself was Britney Spears 'In the Zone'. I bought it with my birthday money. All the albums I had prior to that were bought for me.

Mine was Kate Bush - Hounds Of Love. That was back in the days when the CD was often not released until a few weeks after the vinyl version.

Now that's a good one!

I was kinda late in buying my first album cos I think it was Stop The Clocks

The first CD I got was Spice Girls's "Spice", which my parents got me as a gift after I, a then innocent 6 year-old, went around the house non-stop 24/7 singing and dancing to Wannabe.

The first CD I personally purchased in a store... I can't quite recall but my best bet is Kylie's "Light Years".

Aqua - Aquarium back in 1997 was my first CD album, although I had some cassettes prior to this
Wow.. I Waited too long to buy my first album... It was Monkey Business By The Black Eyed Peas.. I Was... 13 or 14..
