Friday at 17:073 days Oooh, I do love this album, it was one of my university albums! Mercy, Warwick Avenue, Stepping Stone!! Will have to give it a listen again.
Friday at 18:213 days 'Rain On Your Parade' is a fantastic Bond theme that never was, it's my favourite Duffy song so I'm glad they're issuing the deluxe version on vinyl for this rerelease! It's also good that there's the option for standard or deluxe! I hope this shifts a decent amount!
Friday at 20:522 days I absolutely loved Rockferry back in 2008/2009. I think I played it at least three times a week for the first six to nine months after it was released. I loved all the b-sides too.Speaking of which, I’d have loved a complete edition of Rockferry. They’ve already included Stay With Me Baby from The Boat That Rocked soundtrack. I would’ve loved if they included all 7 b-sides as well, Tomorrow, Save It For Your Prayers, Put It In Perspective, Loving You, Frame Me, Big Flame and Smoke Without Fire. Especially as very few of those are on streaming.I’d love all of them on one CD, I bought the singles of Amazon back in 2010, but it’d be nice to have them all housed together on the one cd/vinyl.They could even include her cover of Live and Let Die.
Friday at 21:012 days Whilst the album sold a lot by the time. I do wish 'Stepping Stone' went top 20 max. Deserved to at least but yes this was a great album that I perhaps should revisit tbh.
