February 17, 200818 yr 17 (from 57) Paramore - Misery Business [P] http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/AT0299CD2.JPG Original Chart Run (2007): 31-64 [2 wks] Chart Run: 58-57-17 [3 wks] Release date: 11-2-2008 Availability: in stock Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: AT0299CD2 Label: FUELEDBYRAMEN Tennessee pop-emo quartet, Paramore, were formed by brothers, Zac & Josh Farro, recruiting their schoolfriend Hayley Williams to sing. Expanding to a quartet, Paramore were spotted, in early-2005, by the label Fuelled By Ramen who released the debut album, ALL WE KNOW IS FALLING, in July of that year. With the band all still in their teens, touring was limited to school holidays but they managed to complete a headline tour of the US as well as dates on the Warped Tour in and around Nashville. Their second album, RIOT, was released in June 2007, as part of an extensive support campaign the quartet co-headlined the Warped Tour 2007. - HMV Video here: GLZttSe_g0E track listing 1. February 17, 200818 yr 15 (from 7) Hot Chip - Ready For The Floor [P] http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/CDEM738.JPG Chart Run: 6-7-15 [3 wks] Release date: 28-1-2008 Availability: in stock Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: CDEM738 Label: EMI While Hot Chip were one of many bands from the early 2000s to have adopted an electro-pop sound, they stand apart from the pack both for their melodicism and for their fully live, band-oriented approach to the genre. Shortly after emerging from their London, England, bedrooms--a delightful synth-driven sound fully formed--they were rewarded with an indie record deal in their home country (resulting in their critically lauded 2004 debut COMING ON STRONG, released in the States on the respected DFA label) and some crucial festival exposure. Their 2006 major-label follow-up, THE WARNING, charted high in the U.K. and garnered the band an enthusiastic U.S. following. - HMV Video here: AW94AEmzFhQ track listing 1. February 17, 200818 yr This song starts to scare me when there are no vocals and that high pitched twiddle at the start of each bar seems to creep up on you and get louder each time
February 17, 200818 yr Hot Chip = One song that has pleasantly surprised me by how well it has done in the charts.
February 17, 200818 yr I saw Paramore live this week. 'When It Rains' was just fabulous. <33 Please for them having a Top 20 hit at last though it should be WIR in its place. -_-

February 17, 200818 yr Rumour has it, Soulja Boy jumped off a tall building RIP :o I hope you're not spreading vicious rumours again Mikey :o At least we won't have anymore of his 'music' inflicted on us if it's true. If you can call it music.
February 17, 200818 yr I saw Paramore live this week. 'When It Rains' was just fabulous. Please for them having a Top 20 hit at last though it should be WIR in its place. -_- I thought of you when I heard Paramore
February 17, 200818 yr The lyrics on this are really clever. I can't believe how much Rockstar has helped Nickelbacks' album. I thought a semi-novelty song like that would jsut be a one off hit
