Ani will go higher, I just got into it this week really...the No Angels song doesn't have a hugely long lasting appeal does it :( perhaps it will go up again before the contest...

'The concert effect' looks set to substantially boost Alphabeat in this week's chart with both of their singles heading for the top ten while three other tracks from the band are set for entries in the top 50...keeping up the Scandanavian success, September and Charlotte Perrelli from Sweden, Iceland's Eurobandid and Norway's Maria Haukaas Storeng are the contenders for this week's No.1...Mariah Carey's Touch My Body is set to slide from the top 5 though all of her album tracks that entered last week are set to climb...

 

Over in the album chart, a reinvigorated Alphabeat who had slid to No.7 will be looking to climb to No.1 for the first time with their debut self titled...last week's chart topper Mariah Carey is still in an incredibly strong position, while Kate Voegele, Basia Bulat, Eurovision 2008, Clubland Classix and Jordin Sparks are amongst the other contenders for the top spot this week...
