Ooh, I was right! I should start to consider buying her album, as I enjoyed this quite a lot! :wub:

I still think 'Ring Meg' is her best song so far, but 'Høster' is an amazing song as well as 'Inn I Deg' and 'Bordet' :wub:

I prefer Høster (obv :lol: ), it's catchy and I'm addicted to it. But I like her other songs too.

 

@Jonjo: I wrote somewhere that it's my most beloved entry since Tania Foster (BJSC24) so it's very rare that I'm really obsessed with my song.

Finally I've decided what to send. I will follow the same pattern as last time. Another Norwegian singer who has been entered twice here but hey last time this gave me a 10th place :P

After Sangria's first choise, Bertine Zetlitz was taken (maybe this is a casus belli :P ) the SBJSCC decided to go with a former BJSC winner. Scandinavian god and well-known Eurovision artist Eric Saade will represent the country with a song from his 3rd album. Though he is the 3rd pick (after Marie-Mai was disqualified because of cheapness - her song was a cover of a Robyn single) all the Sangrians are fully behind him.

After the fail of BJSC XLIII the SBJSCC is searching for an entry. The next contest will be held in Numayania and the Sangrians are hoping a better result. The commitee have just announced that there are 2 possibly entries (a Swedish and a German one) to choose from. One of them is leaked by a BuzzJackworldwide known music site ( :arrr: ) what makes the artist and the song available for other countries.

Hello BuzzJack world! It's my pleasure to welcome all the BJSC loons here in Zurratown, the capital city of our lovely country Sangria.

 

As all of you know this year we celebrate the 5th birthday of our famous an beloved BuzzJack Song Contest. And we, Sangrians have another cause to celebrate. The 44th edition of BJSC is our 30th contest. From tonight to the beginning of the semi-finals (6 May) we will host 3 amazing shows to present you the biggest Sangrian hits from BJSC6 to BJSC44. This means you get the chance to listen to some amazing songs like Can't Let Go or Bridges.

 

In the past 30 contests we've had hits and flops too but this show is for celebrate the 8 Sangrian entries which came top 10 in the last few years. You may ask: "Only 8 top 10s in 30 contests?" And maybe you are right. Sangria isn't the most succesful nation in the BJ world, but have presented some really outstanding entries and we are proud of them. And one day maybe Sangria will win a BJSC, that's what we're dreaming about.

 

The BJSC - Reloaded project is running at the moment and these little shows are a big chance to get more familiar with some of the early (Sangrian) BJSC hits.

In BJSC6 Sangria sent a Hungarian artist again after NOX. She was completely unknown here but after this contest she became a star and she gained a place in the Hungarian national selection for ESC this year. :kink: It's Linda Király! Her song was Can't Let Go and she came 4th with 114 points.

 

 

 

The next contest was held in . The representative of Sangria was a tiny Asian lady who made a huge succes. The song I Believe by Tata Young was orinally a Carola Häggkvist single (I Believe In Love - 2001) :o But Tata's version is far more better :D This was Sangria's second 4th place in row with 122 points.

 

 

 

At the 13th BJ Song Contest the Sangrian entry was a song in English by a French artist, Christophe Willem. A former winner of 'Nouvelle Star' + a great song from a debut album = Top 10. A male top 10 was rare at this time but he came 10th with 95 points with the song Kiss The Bride.
