As long as i can use all 5 in my nationals im not bothered :P I dont know which one i want for teh finals yet but i just want them for the nationals! I think it should be better if we are holding NF's we reserve the SONG and NOT the artist or something :unsure:

 

Well that's the thing...you may only be allowed to reserve one of them exclusively for your own. I'd say you should be allowed to use all five for your NF but if somebody else chooses one of them (other than your reserved artist) for their song before you do, then you can't do anything about it.

 

That's the only real fair way I can think of...

It is a bit unfair that you've reserved her two competitions running, I expressed interest in her for this contest and would have used her had you not confirmed her as your entry. It's not really fair for you to change your mind so late and then snatch her up again so I'd say she's fair game until the confirmation thread opens :P

I've discovered the song that I think will win BJSC VIII (if nominated - because it WILL be a Top 5 debut hit single in August, because of WHO the singer is and the fact a one minute preview of the video has had over 470,000 views in 3 days for this well known British female!), just like I think it is obvious Katy Perry is going to win BJSC VII (and if it had not been already confirmed, I think 4 or 5 of us would have been arguing about selecting it :lol:).

I don't understand why everyone gets so hissy over the reservation of more than one artist :mellow: If they choose more htan one artist, it is obvious that they will have to make a decision at some point - we will introduce things to stop people just reserving artists at the beginning and then doing nothing until the end so nobody else can use them, but other than that just have a little patience! It's a little unfair to have a rule where you can just nab somebody who's proving popular in someone else's NF - and there will be a limit on how many artists can be in an NF, so don't worry that somebody will just announce that they have 50 reserved :P

Juranaland is no more. In a shock interview with Mayer Juranamo about the BuzzJack Song Contest he confirmed that Juranaland would not be competing in BuzzJack Song Contest 8, no matter what the result woul be. There has been speculation of a country name change but nothing has been confirmed as of yet.
