June 19, 200817 yr Come on Sara! I hope she can stay up there. It must still be very close, we've probably had a different top 5 every day. It's good to see that Jordin hasn't been affected by the iTunes mess.
June 19, 200817 yr Author Ugh... why the sudden Busta Rhymes track, I don't mind Linkin Park, but the track would have been better without Busta on it.
June 19, 200817 yr Author I hate to say this, Billiam has shot up 7 places since yesterday they are top 25 I need a bigger manson :manson:
June 19, 200817 yr how are Billiam in the top 30? who's bought it haha. they weren't great at the Girls Aloud concert
June 19, 200817 yr how are Billiam in the top 30? who's bought it haha. they weren't great at the Girls Aloud concert There's a couple of "scams" going on - one is 30 different download versions available for sale (although I think they're also available as a bundle at around £12 - these would be NCQ) and the old pre-order/text/download trick that McFly/Westlife/Morrissey like(d) to use to get an unusually high chart position in Week 1. We all know that in Week 2 they will have disappeared from the Top 100. At the end of the day, what does it really achieve? No-one is impressed by one-week chart wonders anymore in this day and age. It doesn't necessarily translate into healthy album sales or anything either. Edited June 19, 200817 yr by eightiespopkid
June 19, 200817 yr It's one in/one out in both charts today. Busta Rhymes' new entry has knocked Fratellis from Top 40 singles and Bobby Vee has been replaced by OneRepublic at the bottom of the Top 40 albums
June 19, 200817 yr Does anyone know what position Fall Out Boy's cover of 'Beat It' is in the top 20? thanks. I'm surprised by the gradual increase in chart position, this is it's 10th or 11th week on the chart isn't it and still hasn't peaked. I haven't watched the chart properly for ages, but isn't that unusual? I don't think it's had a physical release either.
June 19, 200817 yr brilliant mids today! happy for Sara's album and single both up a place...for those not sure whether to get Little Voice...it's only £6.99 in HMV and well worth that price also very pleasing to see Darren Styles album up a bit...yet another grear result for AATW

Billiam's record company must be REALLY desperate for them to have a Top 40 hit. If you think about it, if they sell 10,000 on Sunday it could be from as little as 300 people   .

Surely not  I should have said 333 people  But seriously, if you look at the iTunes popularity bars, sales for all 30 versions are pretty even and very close to the Radio Edit, which is highly unusual, so yeah, I think ppl are downloading pretty much ALL the versions. Whatever Billiam's eventual sales figure is this Sunday, it will most likely come from less than 1000 people.
