Dont let it worry you. If hes number 1 then it obviously means people like it. :lol: dont forget the people on here dont control the charts. They are just people expressing an opinion on a song that is doing well. Theres no point in bashing something when its flopped or flopping is there? :lol:

OK they're summery semi-novelty songs and although Kid Rock has a sample and Noah And The Whale doesn't it sounds very familiar imo. They might not be in the same genre but i think they're similar. though i see your point

I don't mind the Noah & The Whale song but Kid Rock is awful! It relies heavily on samples, and it sounds so dated. It's just as bad as a Nickelback song in my opinion.

Record labels can request that a track is excluded from the chart, and this was probably part of the licensing agreement to allow a speeded up cover version of a new song to feature on a gym/workout compilation weeks before its release.

 

The Solange track that's charting has been removed... WTF
