What a strange comment. It doesn't rip it off at all...it samples it. If you do your research you will find that the writers from Lynryd Skynyrd are give appropriate credit, as is Warren Zevon.

It's a shame as is such a great song and deserved to do alot better - At least top three. Shame as it'll now be one of her lowest charting singles EVER!!

I don't recall all this anger, anguish and backlash when 'Over The Rainbow' was released as a download only single at the end of 2005. I am an old-school Kylie fan and have bought all her Physical releases from back in 1988. However, I did not purchase the download of 'Over The Rainbow', and I certainly won't be going to iTunes etc. to buy the downloads of 'The One' either. However, I would certainly try to seek out the promo CD, and there's a fair chance that mp3's of the released tracks might just somehow find their way to my PC over the coming months.
