July 29, 200817 yr Author Ugh. I was hoping you'd say The Script  but i guess theyre not doing very well on physicals :( The Script #10 on physicals
July 29, 200817 yr BWO #6 on physicals :o :o Thats why theyre so low then coz i dont think theyve entered the iTunes Download chart once! :o
July 29, 200817 yr If Kid c**k actually makes #1 on Sunday, then standards have slipped to an all-time low. It's not funny.
July 29, 200817 yr If this was a physical chart without downloads added, The Saturdays will be at #2 Downloads are letting them down badly, they have a mountain to climb. I'm very surprised at The Saturday's underwhelming sales. Considering they are most blatantly hyped act since Ronan Keating, Louis Walsh & Boyzone hyped a certain younger Irish boyband & considering they were doing the Westlife/McFly trick with the Text phoneline set up for over a month & receive the downloads on Sunday & promoted themselves heavily via their support of Girls Aloud on Tour then those advanced sales are either not included in Tuesday's update or are quite "Frank"ly terrible. I expected them to be a bare minimum #4 in this update and then struggling to hang on, but unless their single catches fire on iTunes then I just can't see them hanging on to a Top 10 spot come Sunday. Which would prove that the days of hyping a new UK pop act to number one are well and truly over without Children's Television & Smash Hits/Top Of The Pops, etc type teen magazines.
July 29, 200817 yr Go Kid Rock!!!! Absolutely fantastic summer song, deserves to be #1 IMO :yahoo: :cheer: Edited July 29, 200817 yr by spiidey
July 29, 200817 yr Go Kid Rock!!!! Absolutely fantastic summer song, deserves to be #1 IMO :yahoo: :cheer: I absolutely hate the song from this US misogynistic Republican loving reformed racist homophobic Red Neck c**k rap/rocker. It will be easily the worst UK#1 of the year, and my goodness this year has not exactly been short of dreadful #1's IMHO. Typical of the UK, we never touched him at the turn of the decade when he was as big in the USA as what Limp Bizkit were here, but for some reason the dumbass Nickleback loving morons now think he is great for his sexist song that is an inferior rip off of either of the two songs it samples that makes Bon Jovi seem like Radiohead in comparison. :puke2: I hope Chris Moyes is proud of himself come Sunday!!!! And people wonder why the music industry is in decline FFS.
July 29, 200817 yr but unless their single catches fire on iTunes then I just can't see them hanging on to a Top 10 spot come Sunday. Well its moved up from 11 to 10 and now sits at 9, so id say its doing quite well on iTunes. I predict no.6 for this - very good debut position.
July 29, 200817 yr Another thing to do nowadays is never cancel out the week AFTER the physical either as many have climbed after the physical release - Especially This Year
