December 30, 200816 yr I still haven't seen this fussaaake. And if, like Joao put, it is a lot like the book; then I'd imagine the start of the film to be $h!t anyway. The book only gets proper good from like, Chapter 3 hah. Pre Chapter 3 is just the most pointless, 4 paragraph descriptions about pointless things lol. Within the first ten minutes, you have Bella asking "who are they" whilst the Cullen's walk through the cafeteria door. It's quite quick. ^_^ EDIT: I found it quite different from the book, I guess people will see things differently. :D Edited December 30, 200816 yr by Cal

December 30, 200816 yr Is there definitely a second? :o I very much enjoyed it though it was a bit too romantic and chick flicky for me, and the main guy was quite wooden most of the time - but hey am I complaining? :kink: (whore) DVD jobby definitely.
December 30, 200816 yr ^Yep New Moon will be made and i think they are hoping to have it out for late 09
December 31, 200816 yr I LOVED this film, saw it on the first day it came out over here! I love the books too, I thought Kristen and Robert were perfect for Edward and Bella, they had chemistry and everything.
January 2, 200916 yr My boyfriend took me to see it today and it totally as $h!t as I thought it'd beeeee. And I didn't actually think RPattz was wooden actingwise; how else are you meant to play Edward hah. BUT I missed the dazzle part as I needed to wee :( There should've been much more about the dazzle. Oh and my sig sums up the best thing about the film rlyz.
January 2, 200916 yr ^ But he's adorable and has something Edward Scissorhands about him! Propably just the face of the emoticon you put actually hahah.
January 2, 200916 yr He looks like he just smoked about 10 joints one after the other. I remember when his eyes were like all red i was like wtf :/
January 6, 200916 yr I thought the main guy, Rob Pattz was like major cute. And perfect for the role, he was exactly what i imagined he would look like from reading the books. I thought the dazzle effect was good, it would have just looked tacky and unrealistic if they had made it like really shine!! It was just enough to get Bella's reactions, and i loved all the slow moving and slow looks they gave each other throughout the movie, it summed up the beautifully written long paragraphs that Stephenie Meyer had previously created.
January 7, 200916 yr No. D: It was so bad, srsly, I can't imagine how you would like it so much. You did not find it overly cheesy actually i thought it was alright..even tho i would like it too be even more cheesy or like American Pie  - which i could mention for a number of Twilight associated reasons but at this point manly the fact that I knew that both American Pie and From Dusk Till Dawn were on the plus 1 channels at about 12:30am and that i would want to watch one...I went with From Dusk Till Dawn even tho i only saw it on tv about a month ago and it was still a great watch, which i dont believe twilight to be when it gets repeated and repeated on itv2 or film4 (after watching it so like 5 billion times i would totally still watch From Dusk Till Dawn over Twilight again!!!)... also even tho From Dusk Till Dawn is an old film using old fashioned b-movie effects which are very dated in this age...Twilight looks so like it has been made sometime in the 1980s as a girl friendly versh of the lost boys (which is also very cheesy..but enjoyable because its cheesy - and has jack bauer as a vampy in it - enjoyable even with the lost boys bad dated 80s soundtrack which at least elly from la roux will love and cover!!! ) bizarrely during the c4 tx of From Dusk Till Dawn there was an advert for a new range of volvos (as well as some cock who had won a hair transplant from fox fm) which was apt as Twilight was supposed to work also as an advert for the new Volvo C30 implimenting in the brains of all the consummers that the sexy vampy dude drives sexy swedey sporty auto around in the film and so this is the car that their dad have to buy for them...which just seems wrong to me and doesnt adhere to the notion that every romantic film needs some boho type to drive a Volvo 240 DL wagon from 1979 (but this may because you can shoot thru the headrests as well to see people in the back seats) also didnt you think that the evil vampys were so gay!!! http://www.vikingautointernational.com/sw7.jpg
January 9, 200916 yr Watched this today and all the girls screamed really loudly when Edward came out  I felt really out of place...so screamed for the hell of it :P
January 9, 200916 yr I thought Robert was very attractive ;) :manson: never mind the music, the writing, the directing. the fact that robert patterson "was attractive" is what made the film :manson:
January 10, 200916 yr :manson: never mind the music, the writing, the directing. the fact that robert patterson "was attractive" is what made the film :manson: All the girls screamed when Sir Robert came onto the screen :P
January 10, 200916 yr I hate the stereotypical fangirls of RPattz with their "oohhhsquueee!"-ing. That's one of the reasons I didn't want to see it in the cinema in the first place ha; "OOHHH 'EEZ SO FIITTT MAN INNIT!?!". Jesus Christ... EspeciallywhenJasperwasbetteranyway.
January 10, 200916 yr :manson: never mind the music, the writing, the directing. the fact that robert patterson "was attractive" is what made the film :manson: LOL, the fact that Robert Patterson is fairly attractive was about the one good thing about the film. Though he's not even that good looking. And that whole sparkling sequence made him look like he had eczema.
January 10, 200916 yr I saw this today and really liked it - I feel quite inspired to read the books. I was fearing a total vampy chick flick and was quite surprised to not entirely get one!
