i don't think i can do another bottom 10 finish it's heart breaking.

 

Laura Critchley was the right style for the contest and just went wrong. To finish bottom 5 would make me cry now, BJSCII i wasn't too fussed. but she made me change my countries name :lol: Mutya was totally against grain of the contest at the time, so 16 was alright. Colour Me Dirty was a bit of a risk for me. I had no feedback on the track and it was the first time i'd sent an unknown act and it went well for me. 14 isn't great but i was so proud that it got through the semi's.

 

YMYB broke my heart. I honestly thought it would make top 10, it was the right style, imo better than CMD but that one went wrong as well. :no:

 

Since BJSCII i have become far more involved, DNQ actually killed me but its preferable to finishing bottom 5. That would just be gutting, Bottom 10 agian would be gutting tbh

that would be a bit complicated, and it would give New-Guard countries an advantage.

 

The Old-Guard never had to qualify from a proper semi before BJSCVII, so there would be a massive points deficit.

I prefer it with just the finalists...even if it means I've missed out on points twice now...but if a song scores 100 in the semi and then 200 in the final, it would have a total of 300 whereas something that just missed in the semi would only have 50

 

it wouldn't work at all to be honest because one successful entry could send some midtable country, who have little recurring success, flying to the top of the all time leaderboard

I won't make up my own list, but it's great to see my country Deandria on quite a few lists.

exactly. it would take away the achievement from those of us how have fought tooth and nail to make the top5.

 

It was absolutely ages before i made the Big5. and i still regard that as a big achievement for Ashton. As well as my new accolade of being the most Successful non-winner. [Cheers Trash]
