August 24, 200818 yr Please be top 15 the Automatic! I don't want two of my favourite songs of the year stalling at #16 in two consecutive weeks!
August 24, 200818 yr For some unfathomable reason, it was deleted from iTunes for a day or two during the week. Oh yes, I can remember. I think the single version was deleted and the album version was climbing after that. wasn't it?
August 24, 200818 yr 16 The Automatic - Steve McQueen [P] http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/BUN139CD.JPG Chart Run: 16 [1 wk] Release date: 18-8-2008 Availability: in stock Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: BUN139CD Label: BUNIQUE One of a groundswell of young U.K. bands to emerge in the early 2000s, Welsh quartet the Automatic play catchy, sanguine Britpop. Their debut full-length, NOT ACCEPTED ANYWHERE, released in June 2006, displayed the marked influence of Blur, '70s U.K. power pop, and the Kaiser Chiefs, rather than the detached, angular art-pop of many of their contemporaries. The album spawned the aptly named "Monster" which reached number four on the U.K. singles chart. The Automatic won "Best British Breakthrough Act" at the 2006 Vodaphone Music Awards, beating out the Arctic Monkeys, the Fratellis, and Dirty Pretty Things. - HMV Video Here: mb8ouB7KnkA track listing 1. August 24, 200818 yr #16 it is. However it's doing quite well on iTunes so could climb a bit? Hopefully Their version of Love In This Club is way better than the original!
August 24, 200818 yr I can't wait to see if The Automatic's new album is as good as the first :D From first single... I would say Yes... but anything can happen!
