I've grown to absolutely love this song recently

 

I never hated it as such, just wasn't impressed that such a similar sounding song was being released as an immediate follow up to Just Dance

 

after a few more listens though, other than the sound effects, it's not all that similar, and has a better melody

Well isn't that acoustic performance a DELIGHT? Amazing... she's a proper talent. And SO. MUCH. FUN!

Her voice is so similar to Christina's, but I think I actually prefer Gaga's TBH! :o

That's brilliant, shows off her vocal ability and she's put a different spin on her own track. I laughed when she went really wild for the "when there's love, if it's not rough it isn't fun" part. :P

Yeah, this really works, kind of reminds me of someone like Tori Amos (dunno why though). Anyone who says she can't sing must be pretty embarrassed now!

Her voice is magical. I love this just as much as the original :heart:

Didn't think she'd be so good! Esp her voice, it's really old fashioned sounding. I still don't like her style (dress/hair style that is) much though.

Im not sure if I like this, it reminds me a bit of Amy Winehouse which isnt a good thing

it sorta sounds music theater-ish! i quite like.

Why does she have to hide behind that wig? She looks so odd wearing it.

Hmmm, I dunno. I agree that she sounds like a mix between Amy Winehouse and Christina but im not sure that that is a good thing. And i've always got the vibe about her that she is trying to be too different. And I feel it again here. She can sing though.

Not keen on that accoustic version at all btw, it may be good in the way she shows she's got a very good voice, but I like the electro vibe of 'Pokerface', and this version just ruins it for me :)

I think it's a brilliant version of it, it strips it down and makes it almost a completely different song nearly. Also shows that she has very impressive vocals too, I don't see how this song could 'ruin' the original for you? But each to their own I guess.
