remember Jennifer Hudson was selling well since Sunday, whereas James Morrison and Sugababes only caught up a couple of days ago, 3 days into the sales eligibility period of this week, so while Jennifer is lower now on iTunes, she was in front for a large portion of the week

How weird, apart from McFly continuing to drop, it's like its refered back to Tuesday.

 

I can't see Sugababes in the top 10 by Sunday, though i reckon they'll make it next week

Any chance that yesterday's update was missing physical sales from somewhere, and that's why Will Young dropped only to bounce back when the physical sales were all included in Thursday's midweeks?

And Pananrama, even Will fans can't manipulate Amazon & HMV Online. If they were out of stock, they were out of stock, simple as that. It was easy enough for any doubting Thomas's on here to check the flipping sites. :rolleyes:

I think it's a shame that Will Young is the only British artist in the top ten along with Rihanna and eight Americans :(

 

the US really do dominate the music industry, our home industry used to be a lot stronger than this, all of my favourite singles of this year come either from the US, Australia and Scandinavia

Things are so close this week, I really hope Jennifer Hudson can hang on the the top 10, but I really doubt it. James Morrison just performed on Loose Women so he'll surely enter the top 10 soon and the Sugababes should find a way back in, being so high on iTunes and Jennifer being much lower now...

Its difficult not to when reading a chart thread at the moment.

Anyway, orders from amazon only count when the payment is made, ie when the CD is sent by post, so if they're out of stock at the moment, it means no CDs are sent at the moment, so it won't help his chart position for this week.

Are you baiting Will fans on this thread? Because you and you alone seem to have an issue with what's been said about the difficulties with online ordering . Everyone else, being regulars and long time contributors on this site, wouldn't stoop to call Will supporters liars, so what's your problem?

Such a shame about Will, i was convinced it was going to be No1 - it is one of my fave songs of the year by my fave artist at the moment, and i own all the singles, albums, dvds books etc

 

I think ITunes says it all really :( there is no stocking problems on there? the single had a advert on the front page viewed by millions, it was even sent out in the weekly email - people aren't buying it :( i think it is a brillant song and should be no1 easily but it looks like it has gone un-noticed.

 

Maybe Grace will be huge, still think the album will do OK but i no longer think its going to be No1 thanks to Kings of leon

 

I have bought the single, and am buying the album also i think it's fab but ITunes dropping says it all, no stocking problems on there! looks like the market just changed, but i think Will's career is safe :) and the album will do OK maybe this time it might just do 600,000? not a million! shame it sounded like the best album as well...
