September 24, 200817 yr Author Mart!n will Take That's fall be very much (i.e. enough to take it out of the top 75?). I ask because I notice it is going up again on iTunes (slowly, granted, and certainly not in the 40's) but it is still the right side of 60 whilst Leon's X-Factor boost didn't last long - come the next update he should be well out of the iTunes 100! Also any news on BW? Norma RTW Top 60 yesterday can't really tell if the track has climbed today BW Top 100 yesterday

September 24, 200817 yr It's good to see Jennifer Hudson in the top 10, but it wont last long as the Sugababes will overtake her and James Morrison will sneak his way in the top 10 by the end of the week. :(
September 24, 200817 yr :o WOW. i so didn't expect the babes to be top 10 already. I thought it would maybe creep in at the end of the week, but wow.
September 24, 200817 yr Apparently demand isn't being met by supply. Allocation is down to the record company. Edited September 24, 200817 yr by munchkin
September 24, 200817 yr I'm not keen on the single, so wont buy it but, that doesn't mean I wont buy the album. I think that's what is important and i feel it will do very well.

I hope you're right Megham . If he charts as low with the album, then I'll start to worry but I'm not singles orientated, so it is all about the album for me as I expect it is for the artist and the label. Ultimately, he'll sell what he will sell, and there's not much he or us fans can do about it. :)
September 24, 200817 yr Author The worrying thing about Will's album, considering KOL's 80k lead start in sales yesterday, they are probably going to sell around 250k plus at close of business on Saturday, and they probably can do another 120k plus the following week, I don't think Will's album will get to #1 unfortunately, and to make matters worse Rihanna's album is going cheap at 4.99 (or less) in sales, I got a funny feeling Will Young will enter at #3, behind Rihanna. That's the way I see it, sorry to dampen your spirits on it, and its not an attack on Will, as I like Will's music, I like Change, I really thought it be a top 5 hit for him, but its that damn distribution problem.

Believe me Martin, if he comes in anywhere in the top 10 at the moment there are going to be some relieved fans around :D That said HMV as well as Amazon are now out of stock of the single which beggs the question how much do his label care about it's chart position anyway? Not a lot it seems, if the stock to the major physical suppliers was kept low. I think Changes has just been used to promote the album, get him the necessary airplay, but they don't want it bought at the expense of a potential album sale.
September 24, 200817 yr I know he probably wouldn't have sold shedloads because of the album but the two places where we could go to buy online have sold all their stock so if there is anyone who wants to buy the physical they're going to be out of luck. The record companies are making a killing with downloads - A huge return for very little or no outlay. They didn't exactly dangle any carrots to tempt people into buying the physical either.
