I was going to ask that. It's the original 1990 version at number 50, right?

Yeah i assume so. I don't know why people are still buying that. I prefer the 2008 version and don't see why people of today would buy the original.

50 3 2 The Guru Josh Project Infinity 2008

This is a bit odd.

Isn't it the original version from 1990 (Guru Josh - Infinity)?

PS: after my post I saw it was already discussed

Unfortunately not, the site is still displaying last weeks, in fact they have just posted last week's top 75 singles and albums again, you just have to be really quick to get the charts these days  my reflexes are not fast enough -_- to retreive everything, hopefully someone else can shed more light on them, for the time been.

Hopefully Chartplus will soon be up and running again to help us out.

A c**k up in the chart regarding Guru Josh, it did not come from me, its from MW site, its definitely the old version going up, the track was at #70 last week, and it has only been in the charts for 3 weeks.

Some were pitting dido's single up against GA's in the early stages :D

But enough of that.

Amazing for GA's single and albums, next week they could have three albums in the top 100, thats crazy! :o

hero marks mariah carey first UK no #1 single as a songwriter.. congrats to mariah then.
Oh dear. There's no way around it, Dido and Anastacia have performed APPALLINGLY. Although Dido still has the album to come I suppose.

I don't think it is the old version charting at #50, coz the artist in 1990 was Guru Josh, not Guru Josh Project.

The version at #4 is the main version they use on radio & TV (Klass mix), while the version at #50 is the "original" version of the remake, NOT the original 1990 track.

Does that make sense?

Well I think that's possible, but I don't know why they wouldn't be combined. Are they released by different labels? The original 1990 release WAS credited to Guru Josh Project though, at least in the UK.
