Posted November 8, 200816 yr I thought I'd start a topic on everything Old Skool with the (was called) WWF. And I mean the classic days of the "Attitude" era and anything before! Example Hogan vs Andre the Giant, Undertaker vs Mankind - HITC Match. Also The Rock vs Mankind 'I Quit' match. Talk about everything Old Skool in here. I know it had a few fans back then, so post vids, discuss your fave wrestlers back then and least faves etc... Anything to do with WWF in here! :w00t:
November 8, 200816 yr Author A couple of my fave matches: Edge & Christian vs Dudleyz vs Hardyz - SECOND TLC Match: 2nd TLC match (Part 1): 2nd TLC match (Part 2): My favourite Match ever... Undertaker vs Jeff Hardy - Ladder Match for The Undisputed Championship: Also it was back when the Divas had looks and could actually wrestle... Lita vs Trish Stratuss: Ohhh the Memories
November 8, 200816 yr Author ZXJd3k2OyqA Listen to that crowd :w00t: Wow that sent shivers up my spine :w00t: I remember that night too, I was stopping over at my mates and my mate was a massive The rock fan, he went ABSOLOUTELY MENTAL/Wappy!
November 8, 200816 yr Such a moment, I only started watching in 1999 so I can't go much further back than that  I did look back to previous years though at the time, so I know a bit about 96-98  I have watched this moment quite a few times over the years..... JvfqSXFd9KI
November 8, 200816 yr Author Kanes debut  Back when Kane was good  For me the best years were 1996 - 2004 There after we have what we have now! Cena & Batista constantly being shoved down our throats and people with actual talent getting buried (MVP, Kennedy, The Brian Kendrick etc...) I love the WWE now, but compared to the past, you can't even compare them! Edited November 8, 200816 yr by Johnjo07
November 8, 200816 yr Ugh I know, I stopped watching in 2005 and only started again earlier this year, although I wonder why I bother when there's only about 4/5 of them I can actually stand
November 8, 200816 yr The first ever TLC match (at Summerslam I think?) was absolutely immense. I remember watching it, and was completely blown away by what I was saying. The many matches between Chris Benoit and Jericho were pretty good too, but Benoit normally came off injured lol. At the time I never appreciated how good The Rock was either, but he really WAS WWF. He was such a good actor. Probably the best i've ever witnessed on wrestling.

But I was also the same with Stone Cold too, I never appreciated them back then, but now when I like back, I'm like WOW! They were the biz! Chris Jericho's debut was another highlight for me. I love/d him back then and still do now! He really is brilliant on the mic as well as in the ring! I'm a full fledged Jericho-holic. Yeah the First ever TLC match I also loved. But I personally preferred the 2nd one ^_^ but the first one was amazing, as it was the first time we'd ever seen, that sort of stipulation. What is everyone's favourite PPVs?? My favourite ever PPV is Fully Loaded 2000  But the ones that I enjoy the most is definately The Royal Rumble and then Wrestlemania (Just coz it's... Wrestlemania )
November 8, 200816 yr I stopped watching in 1992. My favourites were the Legion of Doom, Jake Roberts and the Big Boss Man.
November 11, 200816 yr WWF were definately the best days especially around 1998 through to 2000.
November 25, 200816 yr I stopped watching in 1992. My favourites were the Legion of Doom, Jake Roberts and the Big Boss Man. That's around the time I was watching it too. Favourite wrestler for his ability alone though a heel was Ted Dibiase (The Million Dollar Man). This was also the early days of Shawn Michaels when he was partnered with Marty Jannetty as one half of the Rockers. Great tag team. I was in a sweat just watching them.
November 26, 200816 yr  - It sends shivers down my spine when she returns  Amazing wwe match and return for lita. I remembered watching it back at the time Amazing and thing is they were all fenomenally great then too  however now is good but not as good as 5 years ago. 2002,03,04 best time for Womens division i thought :P
