November 11, 200817 yr Surprised at Lemar's chart position ...with loads a posts on here saying how big it was going to be i expected it to chart a lot higher ...or has it charted on downloads only ...if so when is the physical out please :D It came out on Monday so it won't have a showing in the chart until Sunday. I had an e-m ail on Friday 7th to say it was out for download that day. Edited November 11, 200817 yr by munchkin
November 11, 200817 yr My guess is that Lemar could have charted top 10 in most weeks of the year its just that this time of year the competition is very tough.
November 11, 200817 yr Author If it wasn't for the X Factor track at #1, T.I. would have beaten Pink's record jump to #1 inside the top 40 - 38-1, her record is safe for now.

Do you know what the physical / download split is for X-factor? I'm guessing T.I could push this to the line come the end of the week.
November 11, 200817 yr Author Do you know what the physical / download split is for X-factor? I'm guessing T.I could push this to the line come the end of the week. At a guess, without sales content its about 3 to 1, there was a split on the sales report for last week I think, or the week before. Actually found it, first week sales Hero sold 185,220 physical singles & 128,024 downloads
November 11, 200817 yr how awful for Britney  I thought Womanizer would be a huge No.1 but obviously not... stunning first day sales for T.I. and Rihanna, the track is surely heading for at least 70k this week! nice to see first week sales are improving again, shame Hero's in the way, I would have loved Live Your Life to be a No.1
November 11, 200817 yr Christina is doing so badly.  But for Britney? Just as long as Womanizer get's some decent sales, then I'm fine with that.
November 11, 200817 yr Does anyone think Britney can climb back up?? No. I always said it wouldn't be a No.1.
November 11, 200817 yr Does anyone think Britney can climb back up?? I was looking at pre-orders for the physical. When you compare them to the pre-orders for last week, they have dropped a lot. With that in mind, maybe she will climb back up, when the physical is released but I don`t think she will go any higher than the already peaking #4.
November 11, 200817 yr Impressive Sales! Great for TI and The Killers. With Hero looking like it will do 120kish (maybe slightly more) and with it beginning to fall quite a bit on itunes (in terms of popularity bars anyway), realistically id say TI or Killers could do it next week if they keep the momentum. I reckon Take That will likely take the following weeks though.
November 11, 200817 yr Author Does anyone think Britney can climb back up?? Not with the Killers, T.I, Take That, all releasing physicals pretty soon, and the X Factor track still lingering around like a bad smell, I do think she has finally peaked.
