November 16, 200817 yr What does The Boy Does Nothing sample? It sounds like Emma Bunton's Maybe! :D It would have been a hit around the time I was popular too. ;) No sample, but its obviously similar to Mambo Nº5 by Lou Bega
November 16, 200817 yr Author 4 The Killers - Human [D] http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/1789799.JPG Chart Run: 4 [1 wk] Release date: 17-11-2008 Format: SS (7" only) Catalogue Number: 1789799 Label: MERCURY Though a batch of 1980s-New Wave-inspired bands started making noise in the early 2000s, it wasn't until the Killers' 2004 debut album HOT FUSS (and its crossover hits "Somebody Told Me" and "Mr. Brightside") that the style really broke through to the mainstream. Heavily indebted to the likes of the Smiths, Psychedelic Furs, et al, the Las Vegas, NV quartet brought a contemporary sense of urgency to their retro-loving dance-rock sound and taught a new generation of kids that it doesn't have to be disco to be dance music. For follow-up SAM'S TOWN, the group obviously feasted on a gorge of Bruce Springsteen style rock, and while the sound boasted a slightly harder edge, the group retained the critics' and fans' adoration. - HMV Video here: track listing 1. November 16, 200817 yr I know that Kath, but they even had hits in America... She was a singer in the group. Killers should be higher :( Edited November 16, 200817 yr by TomKay
November 16, 200817 yr Yeah, I was hoping no-one noticed :P Do we get some prize if we notice that you posted something wrong? :D :P
November 16, 200817 yr Oh no :( Im very sad at this chart. I hoped for The Killers and Katy to be higher. If I was to say that I want the X Factor to be number 1 more than TI and Rihanna, then you might see how much I hate that song.
November 16, 200817 yr Author Do we get some prize if we notice that you posted something wrong? :D :P Yes, I will loosen your chains, Chart Chat Slave. I may even give you some bread and water :o
November 16, 200817 yr It looks like they don't bother with a physical rlease. They have only a 7" on the 17th

With Beyonce's father as a manager, the group garnered massive success with their 2001 album, SURVIVOR. Soon Beyonce, sporting a sexy yet girl-next-door image, broke out on her own, with major roles in the Austin Powers movie GOLDMEMBER, a hip-hop version of the opera CARMEN, and her star turn as a Diana Ross-esque diva in the film DREAMGIRLS. With the release of her more eclectic solo albums and acting roles, Beyonce became a full-fledged international superstar and role model. It has been rumored that after her 2008 marriage to rap mogul Jay Z, Beyonce would be performing and recording less and focussing on A&R work. - HMV Video here: track listing 1. If I Were A Boy 2.
