Destiny's Child were great too (and actually I'm a bigger fan of Kelly Rowland than her) but it's not like they didn't pay their dues - check out this c**p! The only solo songs from her I like are "Dangerously In Love", "Naughty Girl", "Baby Boy" and "Irreplaceable". And that is including album tracks. And on the subject of Britney, she is still doing very well on the charts even if it doesn't look as good as it really is. By next week she will have more then 100k sold, and that's without any promo...which is to come on the 29th :D
November 19, 200817 yr Dido is flopping, she sold just 22k in the first day (compared to 102k of the Life For Rent 1st day), but still it´s a relief that in the first day it sold nearly the same as Sugababes album sold on their first week entirely, the difference being Dido did not promo and had no airplay or TV play, while the Sugababes promoted their arses off and had an airplay #1. Very few artists have the potential that Dido has to sell without doing anything. If she used this potential the right way, she could achieve legendary status. I believe Leona will outsell her in the end. She´s the X-Factor girl and she is promoting everywhere... Another good point is that Dido is outselling Beyonce on the albums by 2 to 1. Just compare the heights of "If I Were a Boy" to "Don´t Believe In Love" when it comes to music exposure. I aint stupid like alot of fans on here...the truth is, if Britney sells 45k (which still wont be enough) the week after she performs on XFactor I will be extremely surprised.....such a long stint after downloads being out for ages, will only probably see a small increase in her downloads that week, it's not suddenly gonna open the doors to loads of new britney fans is it?!?! Don't get me wrong, it's a hit and selling reasonably well, but there so many other people out atm doing better, so her run looks ordinary! In terms of sale consistency, i disagree, selling 46k one week when you're only available on iTunes to download, the week after selling 30k when you are available everywhere, is not highly consistent. The sales figures might be good, cos 30k would get you a number 1 most weeks, but the word consistent cannot be used here...trust me im a statistician.

Who would have thought Beyonce, who was the outsider, would easily win the battle of the divas?!?!
