I'm pretty sure if the downloads were available on Itunes then they would be making an impact, however instead, McFly are heavily promoting the use of 7Digital. It's cheaper in ways too.

 

But they DO have it on iTunes :) It entered at 113 and fell out straight after, and hasn't been seen since. They are also featured in the new release part of the iTunes page so people know it's there :)

Depends how well the additional versions have been promoted - I usually recieve e-mails about McFly relelases but have had nothing about the 2 new versions and only found out about them via here... :wacko:

 

They've stated their availability every tour date and on their myspace. I've received emails, too, which I'm sure said about them. Are you signed up to the new website?

 

My point before about Itunes - I know it's on Itunes, but the boys themselves I don't think have ever mentioned it being on there. They're concentrating on 7Digital. Plus, if someone wants Do Ya & Stay With me it's a quid on 7Digital for 2 rather than, what, 79p each?

A ) Katy was NEW on Physicals this week, as Alesha's physicals are now 3 weeks old...

B ) There's more than one download site

C ) Alesha has probably climbed seeing as the midweeks were yesterday

D ) Alesha's Album version didn't start rapidly climbing until Yesterday...

Yeh, there arent really that many big/good promo dates left. They wont get on xfactor and they already did strictly once this year and ant and dec isnt on this year.

 

Apparently its fallen on the itunes pop from 61 to 65 aswell :cry:

It should still be enough to make a top100 appearance on Itunes ... I feel like people are really not getting into it at the mo, maybe it will change in the coming weeks, but it's weird not to see it charting anywhere when the video is freshly new on music channels, they're added to both R1 and R2 and they did Paul OGrady last night.

Time will tell !
