November 30, 200817 yr how come TT are so big in UK and they never try to break other european markets and most importanly US and I remember them since 1992 :)...my sister was a big fan of them and new kids on the block....I was about 9 years old and she was 14 :)...she went crazy for Mark Owen and Joey McIntyre from NKOTB Well they had a sort of success in the US the first time with Back For Good but they've never tried in this present form. I don't think Robbie's every tried either. They don't really need to do they? They included Europe in their last tour but I think that was just a one-off - a sort of thank you for European fans who had supported them the first time. I think the forthcoming Circus stadium tour is for the UK and Ireland only. Norma
November 30, 200817 yr Patience was a hit in Europe but their profile has kinda died down since then. I think Greatest Day has the potential to be a big hit across Europe though I think you're wrong there Xylem. I can't see Greatest Day being a hit in Europe (not even a tiny hit). As you say ... they've faded from the scene in Europe now. Most people in some European countries didn't even know they'd reformed ... and those who do just seem to want to know when Robbie's coming back. And as we know (from both parties) the day that happens will the the day Satan ice-skates to work! Norma Edited November 30, 200817 yr by Norma_Snockers

November 30, 200817 yr They do OK is some countries across Europe - Such as Ireland, Germany, Italy and Spain. Not lately though! I'm sure if a song as good as RTW could only manage number 6 in one of those countries (Italy I believe) then Greatest Day isn't going to make much of a dint! I mean - I'd love it to - I'm not bothered by US success but I would like them to take off again in Europe - but I can't see it happening. Norma
