Probably a blessing in disguise for her career, she can now forge a career in her own style as opposed to winning the contest and being stuck with boring ballads and r+b

EuoiahaenekfgokenOWEN and JLS are both c**p really, would rather Dianna was in the final, but she lost her spark which made her diffrent and ultimitly that has cost her the xfactor tittle.

It has to be said though, Well done to Alexandra.......at the start of this contest all eyes were on Laura & Diana and how they would make the final and all that while Alexandra got less attention. But she's risen above them into the final. I so hope she wins!

 

I just hope beyond hope that I'll hear Dermot call out Alexandra's name in the final two instead of Eoghan.

Oh well looks like I will join the Daily Mirror & SCD fans campaign and try to get revenge on fostering John Sergeant's ludicrous popularity on SCD in an attempt to destroy the show, by stopping an old friend of Sinitta's daughter (a ringer who was part of the London Community Gospel Choir who sang backing vocals on last year's finale winning show for Leon Jackson) the FiX Factor and will vote for the first and only time in the Final for Eoghan.

 

Because Simon Cowell deserves another dead duck Leon Jackson on his books, not another Fix like Leona Lewis to give his show a credibility it does not deserve...

I'm sad Diana's out, purely because that pretty much confirms that little Jerk Ewok will win now. :(

im disappointed diana won but i hav eto give credit to her relationship with eoghan i felt x factor used their friensdhip for hedalines but the emoition they showed tonight was so realand genuine that my heart went out to both of them

The right one went - Diana was abysmal tonight - laughably awful.

I just hope they're rethinking the single choice now. Since the song was so obviously chosen for Diana. I just can't imagine what any of them will make of Hallelujah. Hopefully we'll hear next week.

Poor Diana, her first 4 performances were amazing, then she slid right down, and was just picking up again :(

The final so should have been Diana, Oghan & Alexandra based on tonights performances...JLS' were terrible imo

I never saw Diana being voted out though :o I expected Oghan and JLS to be the bottom 2...

But how is Oghan ther overall??? He may not have been worst tonight...but he has been in previous week...

That is exactly what former head of Polygram Records and head judge of BBC's Fame Academy Richard Park said this week. He said that Diana Vickers was the only act he would have been interested in signing out of the contestants in this Year's X-Factor and said she would have been far better suited to Fame Academy than X-Factor because she is different, not commercial enough for Simon Cowell's tastes, and described favourite Alexandra as "technically a very good singer" but vocally "Nondescript identikit R'n'B".

Alexandra is there on talent and merit, she has been consistently brilliant through the series, she deserves to win, she could be the British Anita Baker but of course Eoghan will walk it
