Hendinia Score Victory In Spinoff:

 

Hendinia have won Buzzjack Song Contest - #10s, the first spinoff they have taken part in, and only the 2nd contest. Pink, representing Hendinia, sang U + Ur Hand, and beat Quotosibb into 2nd place with the last vote, 12 points from United States Of Russiatron. Pink was ecstastic in an interview with The Daily Reflection saying "Odds said we stood a chance, but I honestly didnt think I could give Hendinia a win, I'm in such shock." Hendinia will, therefore, host the next spinoff in city Endenburg in the summer.

 

Hendinia Representative For BJSC XIV Announced

 

The representative for Hendinia in Buzzjack Song Contest XIV has been announced. It was announced, The Noisettes will be representing Hendinia, on BJSC: Morning Review. Noisettes were a possibility to be representing Mdice this contest, however Mdice went with Lady Sovereign, leaving The Noisettes open for the taking. Ambassador Gustav Lopez revealed the surprising news, stating "We've shown our interest, and the opportunity came, so we took it immediately, we love Noisettes." The favourites to represent Hendinia before this announcement were Zarif, with odds of 3/1. The Noisettes were never given odds.

Hendinia Take Medicine To XV:

 

In an enthralling show on HTV1 last night, it was announced that Kim Leoni would be representing Hendinia in BJSC XV. The show, named "Hendinia: Ticket To Rontvia", named previous to the announcement that the final would be in Siobah, saw 3 finalists take to the stage for the opportunity to represent Hendinia. Finalists, Danny Saucedo, Luigi Masi and eventual winner Kim Leoni, sung for the public vote which saw Kim cruise to victory, getting the most votes from 7 of the 12 cities. Kim was delighted by the results, saying "I'm really excited now, when it was announced I'd won, I had to pinch myself, and I still don't believe that its true, but it will hit me tomorrow, and I will be ringing everyone up screaming!"

 

Congratulations to Kim and good luck!

Annie Arrives!

 

This afternoon Annie, the BJSC XVI representative of the Kingdom of Shadow, arrived in Hendinia to perform a free concert in the capital city. Knowing how knowledgable the Hendinian (sp?) audience would and how much they appreciate good music, it was a risk for the Norwegian who didn't seem phased; "Booty Luv, Kim Leoni, Noisettes and Elin Lanto - These guys are just the best people in the world for spotting a good song so who wouldn't want to perform for them?!"

Annie, kikced off her performance with her hit single 'Chewing Gum', followed by a sneak clip of 'Songs Reming Me Of You' and finally Anthonio.

I'm afraid to say that JLS are my favourites though in terms of the contest I favour Samantha. Nice piece of electropop that reminds me of the fairly epic Smack Me.

I really don't understand the hype over Breathe Gentle, it's completely dull not even Kelly makes it bearable, not too keen on the other song either.

Well a bit..the verses are quite dancefloor but the chorus has that dirty electro vibe. :P

U-Turn is getting better on each listen. :wub: First song Hendinia has introduced me to and I'm definitely impressed. :D
