December 9, 200817 yr I honestly think that there will be a lot more christmassy tunes inside the top 40 come Sunday than the midweeks chart here shows. The start of the working week, has hardly the most festive feel to it! Watch those Christmassy tunes climb towards the weekend. Also, I really hope The Quo can retain and better their early chart position. I think it's one of the best modern chistmas songs  Quo still have their promos to do - This Morning and The One Show on Thursday and Breakfast News on Friday, so hopefully this will set them up for a Top 40 position for Sunday.
December 9, 200817 yr I expected the drop for Circus, sales are still really good for the entire top 20 though so I am happy. Her album's always do this so no surprise there. Hopefully it can stabilize after this week and continue to stay strong in the top 20/30 until Christmas.
December 9, 200817 yr Author Mart!n Darling! Any movement (up or down) of the other TT albums? By the way ... thanks for the lottery numbers last week .... number 12 came up! That's the first time I've had more than zero numbers in about five years! Do you think you could manage another five this time (but all in the same week). Norma Unfortunately no other album information its only a top 40 today this week's nos are 5, 11, 19, 30, 33, 39 :D Who is Tom Baxter? http://www.tombaxter.com/
December 9, 200817 yr arent boyzone performing on x factor this saturday so that cud help them top 10,,im not keen on the song but i love the original and for me its equally as bad a cover version as iris by ronan was which missed the top 10 also
December 10, 200817 yr my goodness, can't Leona's management just let the fans download her music for one week without screwing them around? Why are Leona´s fans always mourning about her management??? She has the best management in the world and her team are probably 95% of the reason why she is so sucessful. They just do all the tricks to make the most money out of her music.

Hopefully it will go Top 5 after their performance :yahoo:
December 10, 200817 yr With Terry Wogan ( :puke2: ) due back in the charts this weekend it will be almost 30 years since his last chart apperance - Thats not a record (I don't think  ) but still quite an achievement! 07/01/1978 Terry Wogan Floral Dance: 28-28-22-21-36
December 10, 200817 yr I doubt X factor will help them go top ten as they are nowhere near there at the moment and also that will be Saturday night which will mean it would be next week anyway and by then they would've already sold most of their copies this week!

Of course it will help them go Top 10! The success of songs performed on the show by contests and artists have seen some amazing results and they will have a good starting point charting in the Top 30 this week - If Miley can jump 31 places with a 2 month old single after her performance then I am sure Boyzone can with a 2 week old single :D

Possibly top 20 but not any higher!! I hope we get some sales information today - Would love to know how much GA have sold and how much they are looking at for the week!!
