It's top 5 on iTunes now (thanks to the GA party, no doubt) so I'm sure it'll climb next week

EDIT: Jonjo got there before me :(

I'm sorry I';m so behind but I was SURE 'Call The SHots' got to number 2! :o

It was #2 for all the mids I think but then only reached 3 on Sunday :o

id be happy if boyzone dont make the top 20 next week or over x mas with better as i love the original but i dont like this version plus there comeback material is as weal if not waeker than their older stuff
Jeff Buckley's version of Hallelulah may make Top 5, but without a physical release I can't see it getting to number 2. As much as I like Alexandra, it would make my day if she didn't get to number 1 next week. She will inevitably outsell the rest of the Top 40 combined, though.

its #3 definitely according to my records.

Only Take That have successfully managed to pull off this comeback shiz.

The rest should stop trying imo as it's just embarassing.

i was scared JM was gonna miss the top 20 so im relieved

Album Discussion

I think once this Xmas tune disappear from the charts, I think this has a chance to become a top ten record in early '09 just like the SFG record "Elvis Ain't Dead' but I think that is a bit of a stretch.

 I personally think it should have been just James & Kimberley, coz she sang her part the best I think!

Whilst we discuss this 'Hallejulah' thing.

Have two versions of the same song ever been in the top 10 before?

I remember the Sunset Strippers/Cabin Crew thing but they were just mashups of an original.

I have gone off Rehab, I have had her album since my birthday now, which is in June, and I have heard this song so many times that I am bored of it.
I'm sorry but 'Rehab' is just disgusting :(
I loved this Rihannecdote

Better with Nadine I think.
