Well, if 51 fans voted for it, then it is not anymore of a joke as any other AFs is it? The Saturdays are music related, they have fans that enjoy their music, and they are in the chart. Don't see what all this fuss is about personally.

Some really stupid thread appearing in 'The Saturdays' forum now - If people hate them so much then why can't you stay out of the forum?! There are plenty of acts I dislike so I stay away from their AFs!

 

Also suprised that some Buzzjack Mods are the ones posting in such threads - Is it not part of being a Mod to stop such posts etc?! :huh:

I guess we will find out next year when they start releasing internationally :) So far they have only released 3 singles and an album in the UK and have just started to promote in Ireland too -_-

Well obviously the vast majority of people on Buzzjack who voted in the poll wanted a forum for a new act 'That has had 2 singles and a poor (in your opinion) album'!

 

the album did perform 'poorly' that isnt my opinion, its a fact.

 

and i originally nominated the saturdays for an of.... the intention was that BOTH sides of the topic could be discussed, both for and against them as the pop mods were getting tired of discussions in the pop forum relating to the saturdays.

 

it seems however that even the admin want bj to be a bum lick fest where everyone sits around agreeing with eachother <_< fcukin pathetic.

Admins are only doing their jobs. Just because they don't agree with you doesn't mean that they want "bj to be a bum lick fest where everyone sits around agreeing with each other" They are trying to get members to JOIN this forum, and topics like that, that are made isn't very good publicity for the people just gandering at the forum, thinking about whether to join.

There is a diffrence between debating the good and the bad about the saturdays and some of the absoullte c**p and unsesasry posts that were put in there though

It's just that everyone seems to like the same type of music (not that this is a bad thing) it's just that if any new members or existing members who are into different types of music i.e rock/indie etc, they never seem to stick around as they get too bored. Take Royston Poisoner for example.

 

I'm posting on one of the BBC messageboards at the moment, it's a lot more relax and it's hardly modded but the annoying thing is there is a delay with posting one after another.

Exactly! Imagin if everyone just agrees on everything then forums would be so pointless.

 

There was a post in the Snow Patrol forum about Run being covered and a load of people posted their feelings, some where negative etc but I could have removed all the posts dishing SP but I didn't!
