They're selling off CD singles for just 60p in the one I'm near in Devon, Take That's Greatest Day, T2's Heartbroken, a load of Rihanna ones, even that Sugababes v Girls Aloud one from last year! Starting to think I should have waited a few days now before I bought them (which I did apart from Walk This Way), they'd have probably gone down to even lower :P

 

There's also albums like Rihanna's A Girl Like Me selling for as low as £2, I'm gonna go so spending-crazy there over the next few days!

:lol: Woolworths seem to have loads of that CD hanging around the 2 stores I went too were selling it for £1 - They also had McFly singles for 30p too :lol:

Ours (Ballymena) closes today! Anyone wanting to stock up on Adele's "19" should try them, there's dozens left!

 

Bought: Adele - 19 (£2.99), Paul Anka - Rock Swings (£3.60), Busted - Live (£3.60), Kate Nash - Made of Bricks (£1.50) and Amy Winehouse - Back To Back Deluxe edition (£2.99)

Just bought Mariah Carey - E=MC2 for £2.50 at Woolworths in Morpeth!

Im going to head down on 30th as that is its last day so then there may be 75% of and if its still left i'll get Miley Cyrus - Breakout. :)

I got Sleeping Beauty and I Am Legend for less than a tenner each on Blu Ray :D

I didn't want to wait and lose out completely so I stocked up now on 6 albums from Basshunter, Girls Aloud (OOC), Alesha, Pendulum (In Silico), Same Difference and something else I've forggoten for 30 odd quid.

i may not go to town until the 5th when my woolies closes so i may not get there in time, but i dont think it will matter proberly wont be anything i care for unless i get things mega mega cheap (like 8p cheap lol) but i proberly wont go to town before they close.

Went today and they only had c**p left.. most of the chart stuff was sold out. Except Rhydan.

My local Woolies at Chelmsley Wood,North Solihull closed today.At noon they announced everything had 80% discount from marked price.I bought loads of greatest hits CDs for less than £2 each.

Dave Edmunds,Squeeze,Hall & Oates,Barry White,Stylistics,Buddy Holly,Neil Diamond,Lionel Richie & Commodores .

I must admit that normally I wouldn't have bought these but there are some good tracks on these albums .

Also I bought for less than £2 each Hard Candy (Madonna) & Out of control (GA).

12"/80s double album was £3 so I bought that as well.

Lost series 1 on 5 DVDs was only £11 for the set so I bought that.

All the above for £35 .Sad day today for the shopping centre as that was the main shop there .

 

Got the 'Heroes - Season 1' boxset for £5 today :cheer: Also got so many albums which had 80% off (Mariah Carey, Girls Aloud, Coldplay, Clubland, Sharleen Spiteri etc, etc,)

 

The Woolies I went to had loads of CD singles by the likes of McFly, Girls Aloud, David Sneddon, Sinead Quinn, Vengaboys selling for 10p :lol:

so are they open on the day of closing? :o definatly going to try to see if reading have any Lost boxsets!

Will be interesting to see how the sale affects the mid weeks - Most stores I have been in have had plenty of stock of random albums by the likes of Lee Mead, Ultrabeat etc, and CD singles like David Sneddon, Girls Aloud Vs Sugababes, Sinead Quinn, Same Difference - Some selling for 10p! :lol:

Still lots of CD albums in ours and it closes Tuesday. 50% off today but none I wanted even cheap. Rows and rows of Lee Mead, Rhydian and lots of Take That's new album too.

On Xmas Eve i got Britney Spears (Circus) and Alicia Keys (As I Am) for £5 and £2.50 respectively.

 

This morning before work i picked up Girls Aloud (Out Of Control), Scouting For Girls and The Ting Tings ( We Started Nothing) all for £3 each. And on my afternoon break I managed to pick up MGMT, Arcade Fire and Beth Rowley all for £2 each!

 

And to top it off my Brother bought me a £15 iTunes voucher so will be using that as well :-)

I just bought Rihanna- Good Girl Reloaded for £1.20!

 

 

OMG i am so going into town tommorow!!! Girls Aloud for £3 each :w00t:

Mine closed today and from noon everything was 80% off. I cought Series 3 and 6 of Charmed for my mate for £24 (reduced from £80!) and 2 albums for £4 - Beth Rowley and Will Martin. Everything else decent was gone and everything c**p was just about gone.

 

Sad :(

All the albums I wanted were not displayed so I queued up and asked at the counter. They had them behind the counter only. They only seemed to have the lower selling ones on the shelves.
