Cahill ft Niki Belle - Trippin' on You 50p

Iv seen loads of that in every store I have been in! Obviously Woolies expected to sell more when it was released!

Also the store I was in today had literally 100s of Alexandra's single for 80p! Good to see a physical CD matching the price of a download at last I guess

Mine closed today but I didn't get a chance to go look for the last day

Was in there 2 days ago and they only had 2 good CD's left with 50% off - so as I bought one of them I've only missed out on one bargin (assuming it wasn't bought)

Our store had loads of Rihanna "Please Don't Stop The Music" and "Take A Bow" for 20p.

when i went to 1 woolies they wouldnt sell the 50p cd singles half price - so left them on the counter...as 2nd hand shop cheaper and sometime better quality!!! - other woolies i visited didint havbe any left

I got the cahill single for 20p in one of the cardiff stores

In the barry store near me they are selling it for £1.99 and will not reduce as it has a till code

They also have out of office - hands up which i want but again thats £1.99 they cost that when they were released

I bought catfights and dogfights with no case for £2.00

The Burnt Oak store not only has 60% off all CDs, but it's buy one get one free, so my purchase of 'Smash Hits Summer 2002' cost 10p(!), then discounted to 4p(!!), then I got it for free anyway! Can't get any cheaper than that :P

We have like NOTHING left in Felixstowe's one :(

I may have to invest in one of the Mika DVD's :smoke:

2 of the cardiff stores closed today

got:

Mika's album £1.50

Snow Patrol - New album £3.30

Chicane - New album £3.00

Coldplay - Prospects Lp £1.80

Edited by Crazy Chris

Mine has closed now :(

All they had left was Jane McDonald and quite a few 'Heartbroken' left. Nothing worth queuing up for.

mines is apparently open til tuesday! was told by one of staff today. Not much great stuff again, i seem to be missing most of it. Got Enya for £2.50 though, new album :D
mine is closing today (although im hearing rumours about them staying open tuesday?) so im going to town so i'll see if i can myself some cheap stuff, apparently they are literally selling off the shelves, tills and fridges =, literally anything between each wall
the Reading store only went down to 60% today, all stock is in one corner, it's quite a LOL tbh, there are f*** loads of plimsols and cliff richard biographies, nothing much worth buying for even the low price when it comes to cd's and dvd's almost brought Last Shadow Puppets for £4 all till's for £1000 or £150 each :kink:

lol I was there lunchtime - the plimsoll explosion had to be seen to be believed! Couldn't believe they were still only 60% off.

The only music of any quantity they had was the Leon Jackson single still at £1.99, Mutya Buena's album for £5 and Songs for Dads around £4.00. I was tempted to make a break from that front corner to theback of the store to see if they were hiding anything.

the Reading store? :o we must of been there around the same time.

i was almost tempted to buy some plimsol's because there were so many

i heard someone say 'take that dvd's for a fraction of the price and there still not selling what does that say?'

They're literally everywhere, I think he did a signing at the Reading Woolworths but they obviously didn't shift as many as they were expecting to.

I reckon it'll be 80% off tomorrow and 90% in the last hour or so. That's how it was at mine, we were waiting in line and the prices halved while we were in the queue. There's hardly anything in that shop though so it's not worth going, we still had loads of CDs left on our last day but me and the vultures managed to basically clear them out.
