I must say I'm liking Dawn so much more. She's a really decent character when she's given a little depth. Bloody EE. I quite like how they subtly seem to be suggesting that when Dawn and Garry leave it won't be together... that was never a realistic pairing.

 

Oh and Mo is a right legend isn't she? I want either Chinese Walter or Fat Elvis (or BOTH) to become regulars pls.

Just watched next weeks. Was really good. Just the acting from Nick annoyed me. Dotty was ok, better than usual I thought.

Absolutely not. Even though it is with Christian (who can be sort of hot in an probably-infected sort of way).

huh bloody daft storylines.... i mean, that bint walked into a garage with billy and mates, do as i say or we will harm jay.. why tf didnt they grab HER? i mean... then its a fair exchange and billy could have testified... bonkers!

 

nick... oh dear oh dear oh dear.... just like ressurecting den, nick is a complete cartoon caracter of himself. a totally nonsense character, unlike what he was originally.

Nick is a ridiculous caricature yes, but really it's quite appropriate for the story.

 

A 7 year old girl with a bad cockney accent plotting with her old pa to bump off his old ma. It just wouldn't work with proper acting.

I really can't believe how POOR some/most of the acting was :mellow: and the "blast" really wasn't THAT much of a blast LOL - VERY DISAPPOINTED!

 

Hopefully Nick's dead and never returns. Also I hope Bradley is still alive :( He really is one of the best things about EE at the moment. Him and his new girlfriend are BRILLIANT!

 

The episode as a whole was crap. But it was weird as it had scenes where there was GREAT acting mixed with TERRIBLE and LOUSY acting! :wacko:

Well, that didn't take much analysis.

Lucy can never, under any circumstances- come under as a positive point :o!!

 

Dawn ftw though, she is just amazing these days.

She is! She has the POWER to make you feel guilty. It's very attractive (as is she).

agree with both these posts... especially nick in the cafe with a chair leg...i mean, he doesnt look strong enough to lift it!

 

nick was always one of my fav characters, as was den, but these re-appearances just dont work. nick has the face, and voice, that could be used to such great effect, menacing, cold, callous, but tbh hes just a big soft pooh!

 

one thing i like though.... the cafe blowen up, the chippy sold out. i cant wait to see ians face! when he returns! :lol:
