Though Tennessee's Kings of Leon are a rock band from the south, that doesn't mean they're a Southern Rock band. The Followill brothers Caleb, Jared, and Nathan (along with their cousin Matthew) play a straight-ahead, hard-driving brand of rock & roll that owes more to Crazy Horse and the Rolling Stones than it does to Molly Hatchet. Their debut album, 2003's YOUTH & YOUNG MANHOOD showed them to be an earthier equivalent to garage-rock contemporaries like the White Stripes and the Strokes. - HMV

You know that i can Use Somebody

Even though Leona has had three #1s, I still only consider her to have 1 "real" #1.

Even if you discount A Moment Like This, Run got to #1 fair and square.

It's just the fact it's a cover and was from a rerelease and had surpressed downloads. I just find it completely novelty. I'd much rather Better In Time was #1.

I would rather that too actually, 'Better In Time' is easily my favourite song of hers.

No matter what people say, I love this song. And, I've been trying to learn the dance during the week. I know the first 5/6 seconds :P

come on now! run has its own merits, and technically you wouldnt include any of her songs then as jesse mccart recorded bleeding love first?

I disagree with it being a novelty but I can understand your point. I hope she gets another #1 with an original song. Hopefully the first single from album #2. :)

I agree. I prefer Better In Time. Bleeding Love is not as good imo.

Single Ladies

I rather don't wanna dance like the girls in the video

I didn't know that :o

Bleeding Love isn't a cover. He only recorded a demo which all songs have so other artists can hear them before choosing to record it.

I love Single Ladies now! Used to hate it but heard it on a night out and it's amazing.
