Terrible peak for Circus, but totally deserved since the record company totally fvcked it up with the release date. Its their fault

It's because the release and it's addition to radios and music channels were too far apart (by nearly three months).

This is nail biting, so far those 2 non movers are yet to be announced.

 

It could ruin the suspense if they are announced in the next few positions in. Lily will prob hold though.

I actually think 'If U Seek Amy' will get top 10 for her, considering the controversy and all.
