Theory of a Deadman are a 3-piece, and their music is in the style of Nickleback ;) They are even signed up to the same label as Nickleback; 'Roadrunner Records'.

They're currently touring the US as a support act for Mötley Crüe.

The single 'I Hate my Life' has been tipped as 2009's 'Rockstar' and is taken from the album 'Scars and Souvenirs' which is scheduled for a release on 11th May 2009.

So what you think? Is it 2009's 'Rockstar'?

I tell you what, I really want to hate it but I just CAN'T :( It's catchy as HELL! - They're a more tolerable version of Nickleback I reckon...

So I guess no-one is keen on this then? :heehee:

Or maybe the Nickleback line has put the people off! LOL

I love the way you've put this in the Pop forum Jonjo!

I Hate My Life is an incredibly emo title for a track, and song is just as clichéd. Not a fan I'm afraid. :(

I'd say it's more pop than anything else to be honest. I certainly don't think it's Indie/ Alternative/ Specialist or Rock!

Saw this on 4music the other day...I think perhaps even WORSE than Nickelback (which tbh I didn't really think was possible!) :heehee:

I think it's alright actually. better than most of Nickelback stuff
